The rooms were comfortable and the balcony was great at letting fresh air in, although a little noisy from the street. Plenty of parking available, although it is expensive in Andorra.

The Reception staff were quite rude and were not welcoming. While checking in, she had a conversation in Spanish with the other receptionist and another couple checking in. The only time she acknowledged us was when she needed to ask for passport, etc. The hotel did not have a record of our booking and they were reluctant to resolve the issue. Service in the cafeteria was unprofessional as the waiter was arguing with his teenage son and he became angry with us when we were ordering. Recommendation for the hotel facilities, but not for the staff.

Very good value in October, lovely hotel, very nice staff, centrally located

The staff in reception were helpful and friendly at all times. The rooms were lovely and clean and the breakfast selection in the mornings was excellent. Nobody in the group I was travelling wih had a bad word to say about the hotel.

The only thing I would say is that the access to the parking is very difficult.

Very good Junior suite for family...nice swimming pool on the 6th floor. Good value for money.

The reception staff was not nice while other staff was good. This is really a shame...also parking is not very easy and good.

Comfort of the room and hotel are excellent - breakfast buffet very good - unfortunately very noicy at streetside.

no parking for our car as car park was full, beds were very hard, blankets full of static and kept giving us shocks, room way too hot, decor dated, booked double room non smoking but got a smoking twin room.

En principio decir que el hotel olía fatal, los jacuzzi exteriores no es que estuvieran fuera de servicio es que estaban destrozados, bajo el hotel existe un Pub de salsa bastante conflictivo, tuvieron una pelea en plena calle y tuvieron que intervenir las policías locales, con lo cual fue imposible dormir pues esto sucedió a las 3 de la madrugada. El catering como el de cualquier hotel de 2/3 estrellas escaso y servicio deficiente (tardan en reponer). En definitiva no recomiendo este hotel.

La habitación para tres personas estaba muy bien , el parking muy mal no se puede aconsejar y la ubicación regular.

En recepcion no te explican nada llegamos por la tarde y el señor que nos atendio mu pocas ganas de nada el parking de muy dificil acseso el restaurant es carisimo no tiene buffet solo desayuno pero pocas cosas fuimos una familia todos en cama separada no hay cama de matrimonio muy viejas las instalaciones y si no entregas el dni de todas las personas inclusive los bebes no te dan ni el mando del aire acondicionado.mala atencion.ubicacion no esta en el centro
