The rooms were comfortable and the balcony was great at letting fresh air in, although a little noisy from the street. Plenty of parking available, although it is expensive in Andorra. The Reception staff were quite rude and were not welcoming. While checking in, she had a conversation in Spanish with the other receptionist and another couple checking in. The only time she acknowledged us was when she needed to ask for passport, etc. The hotel did not have a record of our booking and they were reluctant to resolve the issue. Service in the cafeteria was unprofessional as the waiter was arguing with his teenage son and he became angry with us when we were ordering. Recommendation for the hotel facilities, but not for the staff.

There was an excellent choice for breakfast and the food was excellent. The management and staff went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate our requirements. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable

The staff in reception were helpful and friendly at all times. The rooms were lovely and clean and the breakfast selection in the mornings was excellent. Nobody in the group I was travelling wih had a bad word to say about the hotel. The only thing I would say is that the access to the parking is very difficult.

Excellent value, with an expansive and extremely comforable and well- euipped room. The location was also pretty good. Acknowledging that space is at a premium in Andorra la vella, the dedictaed car park entrance and exit was a bit of a challenge (although staff are prepared to help you, should you need it).

Very good Junior suite for family...nice swimming pool on the 6th floor. Good value for money. The reception staff was not nice while other staff was good. This is really a shame...also parking is not very easy and good.

The room was surprisingly big and with huge bed. Also we liked the style of the room ' white and modern. The staff was very friendly. As we were there in the summer the hotel was almost empty and all the swimmng pool with jacuzzi was only for us.

Hôtel vraiment à conseiller. Loin du coeur de la vie à Escaldes (voiture obligatoire) mais sinon rien à redire. Chambre très spacieuse, acceuil impeccable et petit déjeuner vraiment très copieux. Je le recommande sans soucis Piscine pas assez chaude pour nous Loin d'Escaldes

Confort de la chambre et de l'hotel. Petit déjeuner très bien. Parking incroyable, accès quasi impossible sans endommager la voiture!!! Situation très exentrée loin du centre ville ( 20à 25 mn à pied en marchant bien).

La qualité de la Junior Suite. Vaste, design. La dimension de la salle de bain. Le rayon lumineux en bas de la porte qui indique au personnel de chambre si vous êtes ou non dans votre chambre. La piscine couverte et le jacuzzi (payant) sur la terrasse L'efficacité et le sens commercial de Sabine à la réception La salle de bain manque de porte manteaux pour accrocher les peignoirs au retour de la piscine... il fallait bien trouver quelque chose.

Estuvimos alojados en la suite, y lo que es la misma estuvo muy bien. El baño era realmente completo La cama tenía que ser kingsize y eran dos camas de 90cm pegadas. En la foto de la suite constaba que había un jacuzzi pero solo se tiene habitación con jacuzzi hablando directamente con el hotel y haciendo un pago extra de 30 euros por lo que yo considero que es publicidad engañosa. Para acceder a la novena planta tienes que ir hasta la séptima, cruzar todo el pasillo de la planta y luego coger otro ascensor,por lo cual es muy incomodo

La Suite Junior era perfecta, ahi se podia desconectar totalmente, y el personal d recepcion muy atento, me llamaron a la habitacion si la habia encontrado sin problemas y estaba todo bien. Es un puntito que no es culpa del Hotel, habia como una especie de campeonato de futbol infantil, y habia mucho niño pequeño haciendo jaleo en la sala de desayuno pero bueno. Eso si hubo un camarero de dicha sala que fue un poco maleducado cuando le pregunte si podia sacar mas pan (ya que quedaban 2 rodajitas) y nos contesto como si fueramos tontos, que si con eso no teniamos bastante......
