The deal we had was good value, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.The room was clean and all we needed for a one night stopover The location of the hotel was awful,the noise from the traffic all through the night was almost unbearable.They really need to upgrade the windows and sound proof them |

Good response from the reception desk at all times and very efficient staff at breakfast kept tables cleared for next guests Nothing was said at check-in about control of the air conditioning although it was obviously necessary because the ambient temperature of the hotel is very high |

Everything was excellant, apart from car parking which was fine when we were moved up to the up car parks! Small car recommended! Hotel staff were brilliant, so helpful! We had our 2 young children with us and the hotel was fantastic for them!!! Highly recommend! Only the initial car parking which the hotel quickly sorted out for us. |

Room was spacious, clean and well maintained, staff were helpful and courtious. Spa and pool facilities good. Restaurant menu very limited at weekend. Car park very copact, do not take a big car! |

The room was clean and was probably everything that i like... the staff in the reception was awful, i arrived quite late ( 1 am ) and i couldn't park the car because the park was full and that's it, the hotel staff didn't gave me any alternative i had to park the car really far away in the middle of the night, i didn't understand almost anything that the woman said because she didn't speak a word in english, she spoke a fluent spanish... the hotel is a 3star hotel and not more...the hall is pretty but the room is old.. |

Friendly receptionists speaking sufficient English and internal car park, albeit rather expensive, but necessary, and not available at many other hotels in the location. No kettle in the room,and a charge of 1.5 euros for a small glass of milk. |

L´ajuda de les treballadores portugueses de l´ hotel per a tot. Són molt amables. Les úniques. Xafogor insuportable a tot el recinte de l´hotel: passadissos, ascensor, cafeteria, sala d´esmorzars... ja que no hi ha A.C. Horroròs. El comandament de l´aire condicionat de l´habitació, es veu que s´ha de demanar expressament quan arribes... però no em van dir res: patir calor sense saber el per què fins que m´en vaig assabentar. |
