Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Wifi was free and fast. The breakfast was pretty good. It was a great hotel at an excellent price. |

Friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful. Nice size room, well appointed. Chose the hotel based on cost and booking.com's ratings. Was not disappointed. They had secure parking at the rear of the hotel, which was ideal for our motorbikes. |

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The elevator was not functional but they hepled us with the bags and put us on the first floor level. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was poorly ventilated so they upgraded us to another room with no price increase. They gave us a 25% discount on the room because of the elevator problem. Location was excellent and close to shopping. The carpets should be replaced. The beds are a little small. The interior room we were first assigned was very cramped and poorly ventilated, but they moved us without being asked.. |

Very Good location, great private parking, nice clean rooms, all personal very helpful! Good breakfast, Good restaurant with excellent food, normal pricing, I have been more less 200 hotels and this is really one of top 10 thinking value for money.! all great! Breakfast could have bacon & eggs. |

A very good hotel situated in the heart of Andorra la Vel close to all the shops restaurants and bars. The staff were very plesant and helpful and provided an excellent service. The hotel food was of a high standard and a very good selection was provided for continental breakfast (unlike other hotels I've stayed in!). The room provided was very clean and comfortable. |

Excellent location in Andorra la Vella. Personable, professional staff. Excellent for information -- brochures on tourist attractions, internet, even a booklet describing the history of the hotel in the room. Fair breakfast. Cosy and welcoming bar area and decent rates for the city. Large, very clean bathroom. A wider selection of hot breakfast items would give this a perfect score from me. |
