the hotel restuarant was very disapointing my main course was served cold & presented after a long delay and we had to ask the very uniterested staff to bring our wine to our table sadly even after complaining we were still charged (disgusting), never mind the hotel next door had very freindly staff with exellent food that was much better priced, the restuarent experiance would prevent us from retuning !. |

Bedrooms and public rooms excellent - buffet breakfast excellent with wide variety of hot & cold food. Very convenient to all amenities of the town and shops. Hotel restaurant - food good but service not up to the standard of a four star hotel. As a party of four, our individual meals, both for our main course and again for our dessert, did not arrive at the same time and our complaints were not acted upon satisfactorily, although after a discrete discussion with the Maitre d' I received a discount. In consequence, we did not dine at the hotel for our second night but found an excellent nearby restaurant instead. |

Todo esta a la altura de su prestigio, una ubicación privilegiada, unas instalaciones perfectas, y un centro termal con igual calidad que el centro termal por excelencia de Andorra, pero sin tener que salir del hotel. |

Trato excelente Somos clientes del hotel, aunque esta vez nuestra habitación no estaba en las mejores condiciones de higiene y el baño desprendia un fuerte y molesto olor.. |

Tout! Le personnel est agréable, la chambre très confortable, le buffet petit déjeuner est excellent. L'accès au spa est un plus incontestable. |

La cuina del restaurant L'Entrecot i el servei rebut en el mateix. Vàries. Especialment que la neteja de l'habitació fos dolenta. Trobant cabells i bruticia a la pica i a la banyera. I que per ser un 4 estrelles la qualitat del bany de la nostra habitació, o les cortines de les finestres no està a l'altura. |

Confort de las instalaciones. Atención esmerada del personal. Desayuno variado y de alta calidad. Restauración: El precio de 31 euros para un menu (almuerzo o cena), entiendo que es excesivo. La moqueta en las habitaciones ya no se lleva y además es antihigiénica. |

Nous avions une chambre vue sur la place et montagne.superbe.C'est notre second séjours et nous retournerons. L'accueil service voiturier,bagagiste parfait .Buffet grandiose. La spa bien et très propre,paignoire , chaussons ,serviette, bonnet de bain etc.et tout cela compris dans le pris de la chambre.Nous voyageons beaucoup et nous classons le roc blanc dans les meilleurs hôtels que nous descendons.dans sa catégorie. 10 . Nous tenons à féliciter le directeur M.Emili Yepes pour la tenue du roc blanc. |

Situe idealement pour le shoping ou caldea cet hotel4* est d'un excellent rapport qualite/prix L'hotel et les chambres meriteraient un relooking et l'ensemble est usee et demode pour un hotel de se standing.le spa devrait etre interdit aux enfants trop de monde et de bruits |
