Pool, breakfast, lunch, v large room. Toweling robes. Good value. No a/c, tired decor, patio tiles disintegrating, no 5 star service, dinning staff poorly trained and for a 5 star spoke only Spanish. Building 300 new bedrooms so hotel atitude seems to be waiting till thats complete (1.5 years) to get back to being a 5 star again.

I liked the swimming pool and the spa facilities The lack of air conditioning system in the rooms I had never thought that a five star hotel could be without air conditioning. This was disappointing. I was there when the weather was boiling hot and it was difficult to sleep at night. When I booked I really wanted conformt, that´s why I just viewed the five star rated hotels. It did not say anything about having air conditioning , but I assumed that a five star Hotel was to have this facility. The lack of it should be mentioned or the hotel should not be in the five start cathegory.

Big, clean and comfortable room; excellent breakfast buffet; good quality of the "demi pension" dinner menu and reasonable value with wine included Internet accesss limited to the reception area; a la carte menu is very expensive; restaurant opening time for dinner (20:30) is a bit late for us northern europeans:)

the rooms were huge and the facilities great close to the centre of town easy to walk to (not so easy on the way back up the hill) the views were fabulous I did not get to use the pool as we got there later than planned but a couple of my friends used it in the morning and they said it was good Was not the easiest of hotels to find because of the renovations the name was obscured but as it was a Weekend we had no problem with any work going on.

La grandeur de la chambre, les petits détails (fer à repasser, affaires de toilette, le parking en ville....). Ambiance classe et élégante. Nous avons adoré. L'hôtel était presque vide de clients.

La habitación Muy grande perfecta. Buen servicio de desayuno. y la gente que trabaja muy simpática La bañera es grande pero para 2 personas un poco justita. Para ir andando desde el hotel a la avinguda meritxell un poco lejos pero (nos dejaron dejar el coche en el hotel y no pagar parking)

el hotel es fenomenal y por supuesto el lugar de su ubicacion y ya no digamos cuando este terminada la parte nueba. que la piscina no entre en el paquete con la habitacion que la cama para un tercer adulto sea plegable que haya perros por el hall.

Habitación amplia. Lavabo grande. Todas las comodidades en la habitación (plancha, albornoz, zapatillas, amenities, bolsa de chuches para mi peque, etc...). El desayuno (que teníamos incluído) más que excelente. El servicio en general muy atento. Disponen de parking privado para huespedes en el centro, detallazo. Nos ha encantado y repetiría sin dudarlo (sin ir a la piscina) Dos tonterías en la habitación: calefacción excesivamente alta (tiene solución) y la manta, que es tan grande que pesa mucho. Y la piscina, que encima que tiene coste adicional (15 € per/dia) dicen que tienen "spa" y lo que hay son un par de duchas más, sauna, y alguna cosa más que no ví. Pero nada de "chorros varios" en la piscina, ni otros tipos de "piscinas" ni de "aguas diferentes" ni nada por el estilo.

Buenas instalaciones y amplitud de las habitaciones. Restaurante muy correcto y personal atento. Increíble que un hotel de 5 estrellas con spa, te cobre 15 euros por persona y día por hacer uso de sus instalaciones de spa y piscina. Imagen muy negativa para ellos.

L'hôtel est très grand, les chambres aussi. Le confort est optimal et la propreté irréprochable. La nourriture du restaurant est bonne. Le coin Spa est très agréable, on passerait des heures dans la piscine chauffée. Dans la douche, l'eau passe du brûlant au froid et il n'y a pas de rideau de protection : piscine garantie dans la salle de bain ! La décoration est un peu vieillotte.

Fantastico lugar con unas vistas maravillosas a las montañas ( sobre todo en invierno si estan nevadas ) y la habitacion muy confortable ( 509 ). El hotel esta ampliando y la salida del parking esta destrozada.
