En general el hotel no me ha gustado, al ser 3 estrellas me esperaba otra calidad. Las habitaciones y baño son relativamente grandes incluso con buenas vistas pero no están en buenas condiciones. Las camas no estaban bien. Demasiado calor. No estaba del todo limpio. Humo y olor a cigarrillo en todo el hotel, perros ladrando porque admiten mascotas. Conclusión: no volvería, ni lo recomiendo.

La atencion del personal Este es un hotel antiguo de muy baja categoria, habitaciones pequeñas, sin aire acondicionado, ubicado en una cuesta con dificil aparcamiento, desayuno bufet pesimo, baño con plato de ducha de 60x60, muy pequeño,con cortina se salia toda el agua, se imnundo el baño, para su precio es carisimo, no pagaria mas de 25 €, por dormir en el, además esta mal ubicado en el buscador booking y parece a lado del balneario de escaldes, pero no lo esta, esta incomodo y lejos, pague 40 € por ese dinero hay infinidad de hoteles muy superiores y agradables y no este que es tetrico, no se lo recomiendo a nadie, encima pedi la cancelación de la noche, por no esperar tan baja calidad y se negarón a ello, sinceramente un gran fiasco

-Muy económico, y posición bastante céntrica (500m de Caldea). -Ideal si solo lo necesitas para hacer vida en la ciudad y no quedarse todo el dia en el hotel, es correcto. -Habitaciones pequeñas para ser un 3* -Es duro volver caminando del centro de Andorra la Vella al hotel, pues está en una calle q hace una subida muy considerable, no apto para vagos :)

Hotel encantador. La habitación abuhardillada y con vistas al río y a las montañas. Tranquilo y relativamente céntrico pero alejado del tráfico ciudadano . Aparcamiento económico cercano en zona azul a pesar de que el hotel tenía parking.Personal muy amable y servicial. Experiencia muy positiva.

Amb l'anterior direcció Silken, hi haviem estat varies vegades i haviem quedat satisfets, bon bufet per esmorçar, bona habitació, etc.. Però ara res a veure, l'hotel era practicament buit, nomes l'ocupavem 4 o 5 parelles i en canvi ens van donar una mini habitació a les golfes sota teulada, amb una calor insoportable (sense aire), fins hi tot a la tele no s'agafava tv3 i el comandament no anava, sense que el personal ens el canvies ni ens dones cap sol·lució.

La limpieza no es muy buena, hay polvo en las ventanas, en el suelo vuelan peloyillas de polvo y residuos varios, hay hullas de patadas en el techo, etc... La atención tanto en recepción como en el comedor.

El personal es muy amable y el desayuno también está acorde con el precio. Sí, lo difícil que fue encontrarlo ya que no habían cambiado el nombre del anterior hote. La calefacción en las habitaciones es excesiva y la limpieza escasa.
