Todo. Sua atención, limpieza, tiempo de respuesta, instalaciones. Y sobre todo la cafetería. Muy amable el señor y muy familiar. Recomendable el desayuno matiné por 5€ (Café, zumo de naranja natural y montadito de lo que quieras.). Hotel genial. |

No tiene aire acondicionado y ponen 5 estrellas, si abres la ventana entra un ruido infernal de los motores o compresores imposible descansar. |

Su ubicación es muy buena. Muy accesible tanto para ir de compras como para disfrutar de la montaña.La atención ha sido estupenda y el bufet de desayuno tambien. Han sido muy amables proporcionadome un desayuno especial para celiacos. |

Lavabo con poca luz. Por la mañana,entra demasiada luz en la habitacion. La TV,de 14" y de tubo,dista mucho de los actuales hoteles de 5*. |

Al precio que nos costo muy buena relación calidad precio. Hay que caminar un poco para llegar al teleferico que sube a las pistas. No es mucho pero si vas con las botas, los esquis, y sobretodo a la vuelta que llegas cansado se hace un poco lejos. |
