The staff was very friendly and helpful. We took the half-board and the food was good. The lobby is very pleasant. We were surprised to discover that a hot soup is freely available in the lobby on the afternoon, a very good idea. The gondola is easily reachable by foot in ski boots. The hotel also has a small ski rental shop, not just a ski room. Free wifi is available in rooms. The room facilities, especially the bathroom, are somewhat outdated, but everything works ok. Jacuzzi and the swimming pool are really small, but we offered a free voucher to Palau de Gel, which is located just opposite the hotel. The room cleaning was not so good, we’d really expected more. In short, it is definitely not a 5-star hotel, not even close. But, still, it is a nice place, which provides a good value for money.

We enjoyed our two night stay. Having stayed at the Sport Village for two nights at Christmas I didn't think the Ski Plazza was as good as the Sport village.

Great location, nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Definitively not 5 stars. Beds not comfortable. Hotel wellness is very old. Sauna did not work.

Очень уютный, небольшой отель с разнообразной кухней, каждый найдет то, что нравится. Непонятно кому было холодно, потому, что батареи греют так, что мы открывали окна. Очень близко к подъемнику,метров 100. Рядом есть и супермаркет и ресторан и небольшой спортивный комплекс. Рядом с отелем автобусная остановка (можно доехать до Андорры.До аэропорта или Барселоны доехать можно без проблем, персонал заказывает трансфер, если это необходимо (44 евро со взрослого).

ужасающий отель, тянет на 2 звезды, в номерах душно, один день вообще не убрали, а то что убирали - уборкой назвать трудно, персонал ужасающий, ужин - лучше вообще не видеть, нормальный - только завтрак

Чисто. Очень шумно, холодно в номере. Ночью обвалился потолок в ванной комнате, персонал искал больше часа (все спали). Номер конечно поменяли, на более комфртный, но не сразу. Ночью собирала вещи, что-то забыла, было очень удивительно, но ничего не вернули. Скудные, однообразные завтраки. Далеко от подъемника на гору.

Le personnel est gentil L'espace spa médiocre sale. La piscine est exterieure et loin de l'hôtel. Une armoire dand la chambre (espace de la chambre réduit et impossible de caser les valises et sacs)Dans la suite, impossible de dormir dans le convertible(même la femme de chambre ne peut pas refaire le lit) Pas d'animation comme prévu pour les enfantsNous avons payé très cher(1500€) et dans le même contexte le prix était affiché à 900€

Nos dieron dos habitaciones compartidas, por lo que los niños estubieron de cine. Entradas gratuitas para el Palu de Gel, descuentos en tiendas y una tarjeta para acumular euros. Muy cerca de teleférico de acceso a las pistas. El servicio de alquiler de material de ski un 10.
