Very little. Very disappointing experience. One of our two room had a view of a brick wall and an air-con unit, quite shameful for a very expensive 4 star hotel.In one room the wi-fi connection did not work. There were no free slippers as advertised, we were charged 3€ . Also no towels available for the sauna / jacuzzi/gym, which had broken and potentially dangerous exercise bikes. We would never return. |

de ligging is uit het centrum dus lekker rustig, maar de ski pistes zijn makkelijk en snel te bereiken. De inrichting en luxe sprak mij zeer aan. |

le confort de la chambre, l'amabilité et la gentillesse du personnel, le calme et la tranquilité, le coin détente (salle de sport, sauna, hammam, spa) et la vue de ma chambre (accès sur terrasse) très beaux paysages. |

Отличный отель, останавливаюсь не в первый раз, все как всегда на высоте. Доброжелательный персонал, хорошие номера, великолепная кухня. Когда останавливался зимой, несмотря на то что до подъемников 5 минут пешком, курсировал бесплатный шаттл каждые 15 минут (по предварительной записи) |

Lo que nos sorprendió fue la tranquilidad de la zona considerando su proximidad a las pistas de esquí. También cabe destacar la limpieza, instalaciones, servicio y personal del hotel en general. Nos fuimos muy contentos. Quizá el precio de la cena del sábado 14/02. |

El spa El punto de salida de la furgoneta de traslado las pistas, es por el garage y hay una rampa muy pendiente por la que es muy fácil caerte al salir o entrar con las botas de esquiar. |

Está muy cerca de las pistas de ski y ponen a la disposición de los clientes un minibus para el traslado. El hotel es muy nuevo y la decoración moderna. Personal muy amable. El desayuno es poco variado. El spa bastante básico |

buenas tardes,el hotel esta bien situado tienes un bus del hotel gratuito hasta el teleferico o bien hasta pistas de ski,el spa esta bastante bien i la habitacio estaba perfecta i es de facil acceso llegar hasta el hotel. lo que menos me agustado es que no tenia piscina el spa,un hotel con clase i nuevo tendria que tener piscina. otra cosa,nos cogio una nevada guapa, para sacar el coche solo tenian 2 palas para todo el hotel,un hotel para skiadores como es no se lo puede permitir. |
