Wonderful room with a fantastic view. Excellent, first-class establishment. No wifi in room, although available throughout the public areas. The spa was completely closed on the day of our stay (a Monday). It appears this was mentioned in the hotel information but I missed it! I assumed some form of spa would be fully available, considering the name of the place!

we were visiting Andorra for the wedding of a friends daughter.The hotel was perfect for meeting up with others staying at various hotels in Soldeu. The views were magnificent. The staff were very friendly and helpful with a few things we needed. Breakfast was slightly disappointing. not the choice but the eggs were undercooked and omelette dry and tasteless.

Staff were very friendly and most obliging. Beautiful comfortable hotel with a fabulous spa and we had a most enjoyable stay..........the hotel is the best thing in Andorra!!

Рсположение отеля. Удобство и сервис связанные с катанием на лыжах. Ресторан. Ограничение по возрасту ребенка при пользовании СПА. Это заставило меня с 12-летней дочерью покинуть отель раньше запланированного срока. Плохо организован завтрак, то тарелок нет то еда заканчивается.

El hotel es una maravilla en todos los aspectos. Solo una queja, la información sobre el horario del spa fue muy escasa por parte de la recepcionista y por este motivo no pudimos disfrutar de el todo lo que queriamos.

ホテルには日本食レストランもあり、日本語の解るシェフが本場の日本食を提供してくれます。館内にはいろい- ろな設備があるので、ゆったり過ごせると思います。ホテルのスタッフも非常に親切で、館内の清掃や装飾も行- 渡っています。是非もう一度来てみたいと思うホテルでした。 子供がスパには入れなかった事ぐらいでしょうか。

все отлично! понравилось все. если бы было дешевле , то совсем замечательно. особая благодарность сотрудникам ресепшена за внимательное отношение к гостям отеля. ребята носильщики очень помогли с машиной ,когда выпал снег. всем спасибо!!! больше рускоязычных каналов.

Todo; he visitado muchos hoteles y puedo decir q estaría entre los top ten en cuanto a la amabilidad de toda la gente q trabaja en este hotel que consigue que tu escapada sea inolvidable Tal vez sea un poco caro ...pero visto el resultado y el nivel de atenciones...lo prefiero!

Sim, como tinhamos meia pensão eramos obrigado a comer no Restaurante aprel (nao lembro o nome direito) era o unico dentro do hotel que servia meia pensão. E o funcionarios eram muito mal treinados, muita demora, cada dia a comida estava de uma forma e me pareciam todos funcionarios novos em treinamento e sem experiencia! Detestamos! Porem no solideu que é o que funciona meia pensao porem é fora do hotel os funcionarios eram totalmente diferente, bem treinados e a comida muito boa.

Het hotel is goed gelegen, een kleine wandeling van het hotel naar de skilockers en je kan zo de skilift op. De spa en welness bieden voldoende faciliteiten en comfort al valt het buitenzwembad zeer klein uit. De openingsuren voor het ontbijt en het dinner zijn ruim. De kwaliteit van het eten is correct al verwacht je voor een 5* toch soms iets meer. De netheid van de kamers en het kamerpersoneel is subliem. Mooi ingericht en ruim hotel. Fawlty Towers ! Dit is ons eerste hotel waar in het restaurant en bars de klant moet springen voor het personeel, tenminste wil je niet de soep voor jouw buurman over je rug krijgen. Het restaurantpersoneel doet wellicht zijn best maar de meerderheid is niet klantvriendelijk en eerder onervaren. Een briefing voor elke shift zou welkom zijn, ze lopen als kippen zonder kop door elkaar. Elke ochtend vroegen we bv een spiegelei en een zacht gekookt eitje maar elke ochtend kregen we iets anders... Jammer ook dat het hotel zich kindvriendelijk profileert, met bv een kidsclub, maar je met je rakkertjes onder de 14 jaar nooit in het zwembad mag ( terwijl die overdag bijna altijd leeg is). Indien je houdt van een vlotte en goede organisatie is dit hotel niet echt een aanrader tenzij je je hierover zet : dan wordt je verblijf met momenten bijzonder grappig!

cadre, vue, ambiance générale, salons, cheminées, bars, services, spa, petit dej etc etc tout est super Pour trouver à tout prix quelque chose à dire ! les lumières dans les chambres sont un peu trop confidentielles le soir venu. Sur un séjour de plusieurs jours on fait assez vite le tour de la carte du restaurant un plat suggestion du jour serait le bienvenu.

Es la tercera vez que vamos a este hotel, y seguiremos repitiendo. Las instalaciones son formidables, la ubicación inmejorable, el spa un sueño "casi privado", pero lo más destacable de todo es la atención del personal. Mis felicitaciones especialmente a la recepcionista ( Sonia creo recordar que se llama ). Conste que por motivos tanto de negocio como de ocio, estoy acostumbrado a hoteles de 5 estrellas en diferentes partes del mundo, por lo que mi comentario sobre la excepcionalidad de este hotel es con conocimiento comparativo. Nos ha encantado....hemos pasado un fin de semana espectacular...toda la atencion recibida por todo su personal fue magnifica...muy en especial la dedicacion y la atencion de sonia,que nos ha guiado e informado de todo lo que le solicitabamos....mil gracias a todos...y tambien muy en especial un agradecimiento a oscar leon,un pianista excepcional!!!!....por sus hermosos temas y su forma particular de hacer que cada momento sea especial....mil gracias oscar leon....!!!!
