Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly , it felt as though they couldn't do enough to make our stay a pleasant one. Its possibly one of the best hotels i've ever stayed in for service. the views from the hotel rooms and the spa are amazing. |

Hotel excelente. A perfeição de todos os pormenores da decoração. Staff muito amáveis. Spa excelente ( piscinas ). Zona spa massagens - Colocar recepcionistas no spa que sejam mais amáveis e que saibam explicar o tipo de massagens. Perdem clientes por isso. |

La salle de sport, le spa, l accueil du restaurant , le cadre en général Le refus de la demie pension à l'arrivée, apres avoir reservé sur booking qui n affichait pas de disponible; chambre + demie pension.. Alors que l hotel n etait pas complet. Les mauvaises explications au spa, concernant les massages, malgres 4 hotesses présentes. |

Habitación y comida. Desplazamientos demasiado largos para servicios internos y no dispone de piscina exterior, tienes que ir a otro hotel. Está muy enfocado a clientes sky. |

El trato, el Spa, el confort y el restaurante. Todo y que los platos en el restaurante en la cena están bien presentados y muy buenos, para gente que se queda más de 3 ó 4 días, hay poca variedad para elegir, y faltaría algún plato mas ligero. |

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y las camas son grandes (estilo americano). Fuimos con un bebé de meses y había espacio de sobras para todos (incluyendo la cuna de viaje que el mismo hotel nos dejó).El Spa está muy bien y ofrecen buena gastronomía. |
