new hotel, great location for access to lifts one of the guys at reception was increadibly unfriendly and useless. the rest of the staff where great, including the remainder of the reception staff. shame that you leave with a bad memory just because of one person. |

the rooms are comfortable and clean, the facilities of the hotel are great but it is the location right next to the ski lift that makes this an excelent hotel i would say that you would pay less for the furnishings etc of this hotel eleswhere but i think the additional cost is from the location and spa access |

Good Arrangement of hotel for ski 1. Reserved 2 numbers, one with breakfast by the second with a half board in which it was not clear why it refused. 2. Very coldly in a hall 3. The storehouse for ski is not conveniently located |

Friendly lobby for an apres ski drink. Restaurant very good, no need to go out to eat, which is useful as there is not a great deal of choice locally. For skiing ideal location closest to the gondola. noisy neighbours, which is not the hotel's responsibility directly, but wooden floors and stairs in the 2 storey 4 person rooms compound the issue if you have any neighbours who can't show due consideration. |

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Got a very good deal. Luxorious lobby and comfortable rooms. Beautiful surroundings with nice hiking tracs straight from the village of soldeu even in the end of November. We'll for sure go back to this place if we get the chance! The spa is not included in the room price and costs 38 Eur/person which is too expensive if you're staying at this hotel. |

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, lovely views, adequate facilities Coffee and tea facilities in room would have been good. Food was not great. Gala dinner on Sat 30th as a buffet was poor for so many people plus no air con in restaurant, very smoky and stuffy |

Very comfortable hotel extremely convenient for the ski Gondola situated below the hotel. best location in Soldeu. We have stayed here several times and would always be our first choice in Soldeu The buffet style evening meals were not the best food we have ever tasted even for this type of presentation |

Ease of acces to the gondola's for skiing Staff at front desk continued talking among themselves when we arrived at the desk. Or they walked off in the back. Or they picked up the phone despite the fact we were there. WHen they dealt with us they were quiet nice. They did not seem to know whether we could use a call card on the phone and made no effort to find out. Breakfast was a pain every morning. |

The food was good, the lobby area was nice, the room was big enough for 4 people. Access to the ski area was excellent. For the price, I expected to be able to use the hot tub and pool without paying the spa fees. They could use a no-smoking area in the lobby. I expected internet access in the room - we had to go to the lobby. It was expensive, compared to other ski resorts I have visited, and the ski area does not justify the costs. |

tres bonne localisation géographique ; buffet varié et de bonne qualité l'interdiction du spa aux enfant de moins de 14 ans nous a contraint à allez dans le spa d'un autre hôtel ; il est extrêmement regrettable que rien ne soit prévu pour les 10-14ans |

Al acabar d'esquiar el cap de setmana avans de retornar a Barcelona ens varen oferir una habitacio de "cortesia" per podernos duchar i combiarnos de roba , cosa que varem valorar molt Que els menors de 14 anys no es puguin banyar en cap de les piscines |

la proximité des pistes - le confort autour du bar avec ces nombreux fauteuils si le petit déjeuner est varié le buffet du soir est à la limite de l'acceptable, peu varié et franchement pas bon. Pour les espagnols un spa et piscine c'est pareil sauf que le droit d'entrée est de 45 euros pour 3 heures CONSECUTIVES et obligation de porter des chaussures adaptées facturées quand on n'en a pas à 12 euros. Donc pas de piscine pour les enfants ! Si vous précisez dans votre réservation booking VUE SUR MONTAGNE vous éviterez d'avoir une chambre sans vue, voire sur le batiment voisin ! |
