Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Got a very good deal. Luxorious lobby and comfortable rooms. Beautiful surroundings with nice hiking tracs straight from the village of soldeu even in the end of November. We'll for sure go back to this place if we get the chance! The spa is not included in the room price and costs 38 Eur/person which is too expensive if you're staying at this hotel. |

This hotel is in a fantastic location and was spotlessly clean. It is quiet out of season Meals were sometimes not as hot as i would like. |

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, lovely views, adequate facilities Coffee and tea facilities in room would have been good. Food was not great. Gala dinner on Sat 30th as a buffet was poor for so many people plus no air con in restaurant, very smoky and stuffy |

Very comfortable hotel extremely convenient for the ski Gondola situated below the hotel. best location in Soldeu. We have stayed here several times and would always be our first choice in Soldeu The buffet style evening meals were not the best food we have ever tasted even for this type of presentation |

Ease of acces to the gondola's for skiing Staff at front desk continued talking among themselves when we arrived at the desk. Or they walked off in the back. Or they picked up the phone despite the fact we were there. WHen they dealt with us they were quiet nice. They did not seem to know whether we could use a call card on the phone and made no effort to find out. Breakfast was a pain every morning. |

Food and room was good, great package for the weekend that included spa and dinner. The spa was freezing.. all of them it would be good if they were hotter. thats my only complaint. |

The food was good, the lobby area was nice, the room was big enough for 4 people. Access to the ski area was excellent. For the price, I expected to be able to use the hot tub and pool without paying the spa fees. They could use a no-smoking area in the lobby. I expected internet access in the room - we had to go to the lobby. It was expensive, compared to other ski resorts I have visited, and the ski area does not justify the costs. |

Position of the hotel, nice warm bedrooms, restaurant & choice of food. Bar & restaurant staff were excellent. Temperature in the common areas - bar, lounge areas, dining room etc - it was a bit cold this time. We have stayed there 4 times before. In the top lounge area the heaters were not on. Arrival at hotel to off-load luggage was very difficult due to parked cars & getting help with luggage on arrival & departure was difficult too. |

everything...great food...great surroundings...great room...great hotel the big restaurant was a bit crowded, thus noisy on saturday night, but well you can expect this since the hotel was full |

El desayuno no informan bien en el hotel ni en la web que el spa no entra en el precio, nos quedamos con las ganas porque eran las 19:00 y el spa cierra a 20:00 y por una hora nos dijeron que no vale la pena pagar. |

La vue montagne, le look "chalet" en bois, le spa, la salle de fitness, le personnel tres sympa Le repas du soir en demi pension, la nourriture est correcte sans plus alors que les autres prestations sont haut de gamme... mais c'est vrai qu'a 112 € la demi pension a 2, il ne faut pas etre trop exigeant |

L'hotel est très bien situé au pied des pistes, de la neige à perte de vue vraiment super. Les chambres sont agréables.Par contre n'hésitez pas pour le spa il vaut vraiment le détour, il est immense avec jacuzi à l'extèrieur, bain à bulle partout super!!!!!!!! Le passage dans le hall d'entrée avant d'aller au petit déj pas top car il ne faisait pas super chaud et pareil pour aller au spa il faut aussi passer par la réception donc traverser toute la réception en peignoir je n'étais pas très à l'aise. |

Un buen hotel. El spa es genial. Las instalaciones estan muy bien. Hay que tener en cuenta que la entrada al Spa hay que pagarla por aparte, pero en general el hotel esta muy bien!. |

En general todo muy bien, el servicio, el buffet, las habitaciones, el spa, ... sin lugar a dudas repetiré cuando tenga ocasión. Los precios desorbitados de los cafés en la cafetería, porque no encuentro nada normal que valga lo mismo una cerveza que un cortado... bueno, hay una diferencia de 20 céntimos, y lo encuentro demasiado abusivo |

L'hôtel était très beau. Nous avions pris cet hôtel pour ces prestations de spa/détente. Hors à la période où nous sommes y allé, le spa était fermé. Et cela n'étais pas signalé dans l'offre. |
