-Being told that we had to eat at 9.30pm. We did eat at 7.30pm but after having to argue. -Pillows. -Being asked in restuarant 3/4 times at each meal for room number. -Being kept awake all night because of the music in pub below our room-No apology from receptionist. Very poor attitude. -Sitting in lounge for an hour before any one came to take drink order. -Not having plates removed from dinner table. -Being locked out of our room because the reception had checked us out on wrong day. -Not having our room cleaned on day before leaving.

The staff were all excellent and very friendly. The location is excellent. We liked the way breakfast was set up and the variety available and the catering for people who had special dietary needs.

No wi-fi in the rooms. Two of us slipped on the wooden stairs in the room which were very dangerous if you were wearing socks. The room was completely overheated with no way of us controlling with a thermostat. The evening food was ok but could easily have been a lot better.

The manner of the staff was very rude, abrupt and unhelpful. The breakfast was laid out in a very disorganised way, cereals one end of the room and milk the other and no spoons. The lady chef cooking eggs was most put out when we asked for boiled eggs. She replied with How many do you want 5, 6, 7 or 8? ! Big disappointment that the spa was not included in the price of the stay. I have never know a hotel charge to use the pool facility. We only booked 4 days trip as it was a Friends Hen/Stag party - 4 couples so 8 adults in total. ) Ours alone cost 900 Euros Bed and Breakfast! No Spa included or pool this was an additional 35 euros! Why advertise the hotel with a pool and spa if its not included in the hotel price!!! We would definitely not stay here again - We stayed at the Sport hotel across the road a few years ago- this was much better all round. I think there are far superior hotels than the Sport Village and for less money and with much better service. Also the bedrooms were very warm, we had to open the windows at night, but the rest of the hotel was cold! Mr & Mrs Wilkes stayed in room 2206.

Really a fab hotel amazing location on the pistes impressive building big rooms, I hate buffets but the quality and variety of food was excellent and best waiter was Goncalo!

As we booked through booking I think we were given only room on the floor without a balcony-shame! Service especially reception was appalling I speak fluent French and some Spanish but at reception no effort at allot speak anything but Catalan, hotel was supposed to book skiing lessons they lost them, our room wasn't ready at 3 pm, generally very abrupt!

L’hôtel est très luxueux et bien équipé. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux, avec un choix de thés au détail pour les amateurs.

Hotel très chaleureux avec beaucoup de boiseries. Nous avons été gracieusement surclassé ( suite junior ) car nous voulions la vue sur la montagne. Les repas sous forme de buffet.

Le peu de choix des buffets par rapport à la pleine saison.

Le confort et l'architecture

Nous n'avons pas été informé de la fermeture de la piscine et autres équipements. Nous aurions choisi un autre hotel

L'amabilité du personnel, l'hotel qui est magnifique, la propreté et le cadre ainsi que le buffet du petit déjeuner. J'ai bien aimé la literie ainsi que la tranquillité que l'on trouve dans les parties communes.

Seul le repas buffet du soir est de moyenne qualité pour le prix.

La reception en français, l'accueil toujours chaleureux et pour cette fois peut-être pour notre ancienneté : surclassement en suite. Personnel du restaurant très efficace et très investi dans son rôle.

Uitstekende ligging. Telekabine vertrekt uit hotel ! Zeer mooi, chique, betaalbare promotie.

Zeer attractieve welllness die erg duur uitviel. 37 euro/persoon/beurt. Booking.com moet dit bedrag opnemen als info. Gratis parking is er niet. Wel straat en pleinen overal 3 euro/dag, aanvaardbaar.

Perfekt läge för skidåkning. Korrekt och trevlig service, avslappnad atmosfär. Mycket bra frukostbuffé.

Kvällsbuffén kostade lite mer än den smakade, men den var iofs inte direkt dålig heller...

Bra hotell med nära tillgång till liftarna

Utanför fönstret i vårt rum, 2012, var det ostädat med cigarrettfimpar och en mängd skräp. Detta drog ner på helhetsintrycket.

Por poner un inconveniente, el calor por la noche. Aunque estaba apagada la calefacción y abríamos las ventanas, seguía haciendo bastante calor.
