El personal molt amable. La piscina molt adequada per als nens (climatitzada-exterior). També el club infantil està bé. El menjar excel.lent. |

El tracte del personal va ser mol afable i de qualitat.El buffet de l'esmorzar va ser excel.lent. Els horaris de us de la piscina son una mica curts. |

El servei de l'hotel ha sigut excel.lent. L'esmorzar es genial , molta diversitat. Pels nens te unes instal.lacions molt bones. En aquest hotel no tenen piscina climatitzada. Si vols pots anar a spa pero es amb un preu superior I els nens no poden entrar. No fan dinars , tens que anar a l'hotel de la mateixa cadena que hi ha davant. |

Very welcoming staff at all levels from reception to dining room to café to room cleaning. The rooms are not sound proofed. Noise comes through the doors from corridors outside. |

The check in and check out people were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to hiking trails. Lots of activities to do around and in the hotel. |

the people who worked their were very nice, the activities with guides were very wll organised the decoration of the rooms was very poor, the pool was open to late ( at 10 or 12 a.m.), The food was good from quantity but not from quality. |

I enjoyed the relaxed friendly atmosphere and the quality of the breakfast included in the price. Good value at the discount rate. I would have prefered to have air conditioning in the room and a no- smoking policy in the cafe area. |

The swiming pool was great, the lady at reception desk ( Maria I guess) made my day better. She was very nice and helpfull. Also one of the bartenders was very nice and good attitude. Most of the staff did not speak english. Quite uncomfortable |

we enjoyed skiing every day. it was the most perfect location. also chilling out in the bar. it was very dissapointung that on this internet site it states that you can use the spa facilty which i was really looking forward to after a day of skiing. but it dosnt state its £40 each to use. i thought this was terreible, and i has made me thnk twice about booking with you again. very dissapointing. |

Great location, really easy to get to the ski lifts and straight up the mountain, very well organised boot room facilities, very relaxed no need to dress up for dinner at all, the boys loved the pool table slightly disappointed we couldn't use the swimming pool We had requested a non smoking room but the room we were given smelt of cigarettes the whole time we were there if we kept the windows closed. |

Good selection of food in restaurant, very convenient for ski lifts and board storage, town and shops only two minits walk. Rooms a bit small, hotel too warm |

A very strong smell of cleaning material /air freshener/ essence/ particularly in the bedroom and salon. It was necessary to open the bedroom window wide on entering. |

the location for the lifts and lockers, food was more than acceptable for mass catering. internet acess in the lobby. being charged 40euro for a 3hr seesion in the pool and the time being in one session.the staff's english wasn't as good as could have been. |
