The spa was very expensive even though the impression booking.com gave was that it was inclusive in the price of the hotel. Staff wouldn't negotiate in spite of me showing them the advertising stating "guests can make use of the hotel spa" etc. shame.

clearly, a surprisingly good hotel for a ski resort. excellent location right next to the lift. we stayed on half-board & could not complain about food - bfst and dinner were awesome. spa in the sister-hotel sport hermitage is worth visiting, but in my view its overpriced (Eur42 per person/visit). Parking was available on the opposite side for Eur10/day. Leonardo at the reception was very helpful & always able to sort our small issues. On a very positive note, they offered to use a room on our lastday after we checked-out to change clothes/take shower after skiing

Bar on the 1st floor next to reception is far too noisy and play live music till 23.00 which is something we didn't like. try to take rooms on the other side.

This large, friendly hotel has everything you need for a perfect weekend skiing or snowboarding. The breakfast is pretty good - nothing fancy, but a good variety. There are couches sprinkled throughout the lobby (and a pool table for 2 euro!) and a very friendly bar staff. The rooms are large and spacious and the bed was very comfy. The rooms are not fancy but ... it's not like you're going to the hotel to stay in your room. The best part is the location - directly across the street from Soldeu's telecabina. Everything you need - rental, store, locker storage - is just across the street. I highly recommend this hotel for a weekend in Soldeu.

The rooms have no fridge. And the rooms are heated by radiators so ours was a bit chilly. The Spa is 40 euro for 3 hours .... so if you have 3 hours to spend, perhaps that's a good price. But I didn't want to spend 3 hours there so I didn't bother. Not bad compared to all the positives!

Excellent location food was very good very relaxed atmosphere not too corporate

Service at the bar was painfully slow. Children should be able to use the pool for 1 hour a day

The location, just over the road from the gondola, is fantastic. The breakfast buffet is good, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. The underground passage from the hotel to the Sport Hermitage spa is useful.

There are a few disappointing features: 1. Rooms: they're generally scruffy and small and in need of refurbishment, particularly the bathrooms. The (single) beds are quite hard. They are also extremely hot, even with the radiator turned off and the window open. Rooms at the front are noisy as they're on the main road. 2. Swimming pool: not open between November and May. To swim in the spa costs over €40 3. Smoking: no communal non-smoking areas. Guests are also allowed to smoke in the corridor outside non-smoking bedrooms. 4. Star rating: this is not a 4* hotel!!

It was a cosy winter hotel, good continental breakfast and just next to the ski slopes and ski hire shop. Friendly staff too.

It was absolutely boiling hot in the room, as soon as I got there I turned the radiator off but it didn't make a difference. The heat was unbearable and we had to sleep with the balcony door open with -4 degree air coming in just to achieve a reasonable temperature in the room! Spa treatments were too expensive.

Le restaurant on se sentait seul pour le diner.,dans cette grande piece. Le repas moyen, par contre le petit déjeuner était copieux;

No pudimos disfrutar del spa, no indicabaen ningún lugar que fuera para mayores de 14 años y que el precio fueta de 48€

La chambre immense, l'aspect extérieur et intérieur tout en bois, très chaleureux, la situation, à 2 pas des pistes, l'accès intérieur au spa, le calme.

Déco un peu austère de la chambre. Le prix du spa (non compris ans le prix de la chambre, à savoir).

Las habitaciones son amplias y están limpias, El baño es un poco antiguo pero correcto. El personal del hotel muy amable. La ubicación excelente si quieres practicar esquí, puedes coger el telecabina andando desde el hotel.

хотелось бы, чтобы в номере тщательнее делалась уборка
