Great location, really easy to get to the ski lifts and straight up the mountain, very well organised boot room facilities, very relaxed no need to dress up for dinner at all, the boys loved the pool table slightly disappointed we couldn't use the swimming pool We had requested a non smoking room but the room we were given smelt of cigarettes the whole time we were there if we kept the windows closed. |

A very strong smell of cleaning material /air freshener/ essence/ particularly in the bedroom and salon. It was necessary to open the bedroom window wide on entering. |

Very helpful staff. Nice hotel and buffet food but better than the average crop. You can get fresh meat grilled in evening and they do less but of better quality than some others in Andorra. Spa excellent buta hefty 45 euro supplement that isn't clear from website. Location to ski lifts excellent as is free locker a short distance from lifts. Please write at least 15 words Tv could have had films to buy. A car park would have been nice. |

The hotel is close to the slopes with a ski locker service provided between the hotel and the main telecabina. The staff are friendly and you can use the inter-linked spa (at extra cost; €44 for three hours) |

Ideal location, good food and very good for kids with the kids club. The Spa is amazing but costs a lot and should be cheaper for guests of the hotel |

Food was great for adults and kids.Comfy beds.Bar downstairs great fun for adults and kids. English TV channels dismal choice. We were put in wrong rooms then had to change on day 2 so could not unpack. Never actually ever stayed in the quadruple room we booked and payed for. Pool table broken but not fixed all week. |

proximity to ski slopes airconditioning sucking in smoke from other rooms and lobby at night, no real non smooking rooms available, substandard breakfast for a sport hotel, was that coffee coming out of the machine ? the view out of our windows was onto a concrete retaining wall with machinery dumped, shower did not work ,running water hot and cold with low pressure. there is no stopping at hotel door ,Luggage ??? |

breakfast, lobby, excellent location for skiing rooms were overheated. Even with the heating off, we had difficulties sleeping at night due to the hot, dry environment. |

area, dining we were not able to schedule any spa packages because you did not have enough staff. We were not notified before our stay that this would be a problem. I know you were just opening up for the season, but then you should be ready to accommodate the people staying in the hotel. We arrived on Tuesday night and were not able to get a spa package. Not enough staff. |

Nice casual atmosphere, allthough bordering on package holiday hotel, which I guess it is really. Restaurant closes too early. |

Set in the midst of the Pyrenees, this hotel is designed for families looking to take advantage of the stunning surrounding landscape. |
Perfect for a relaxing stay in the wonderful surroundings of the Pyrenees, this modern hotel complex is located just 200 metres from the excellent ski slopes of Soldeu-El Tarter. |
Conveniently located for skiing on Andorra’s largest ski domain of Grandvalira, this stylish mountain hotel is set a kilometre outside Canillo in the village of El Forn. |
The hotel combines the beautiful typically rustic character of the traditional buildings of the area with an original style and all the comfort and luxury of a 4-star hotel. |
