The rating given refers to the Sport Hotel Village as the Sport Hotel was closed when we arrived The rather steep charge of Euro 30.00 pp to use the Spa & Leisure Facilities |

We did not stay at the sport hotel as it was closed and we had to stay at another hotel across the road. We were not informed of this change! |

1.Room was bigger & better than expected 2. Excellent location, 3. Free ski locker very much appreciated 4. Internet access was useful for children 5. Food was plentiful & on the whole, good variety - option for freshly cooked meat, eggs etc 1. Spa was inordinately expensive & misrepresented in your site 2. Hotel could not accommodate request for double bedlinen - double bed but with two single size duvets was the only option 3. Earliest time for eve meal was 7:30 - for a family hotel, children are ravenous a lot earlier - 7pm would be a lot better, especially if children & adults for that matter, tired & hungrey from skiing all day & want earlier bedtime 4. Parking was expensive @ nine euros per day |

The food was superb, and the Staff were so friendly and helpful. It is an extremely Child/Family friendly hotel. And the Play park facilities are outstanding extremely safe and well run No tea/coffee facilities in the room, especially when we needed to heat our babies bottle. I hate using a microwave for that. Not healthy at all...In my opinion. |

Location of hotel and facilities on offer Room did not have a balcony. Window opened up over a roof which was accessible from the ground floor via some steel steps, which meant you could not leave the window open as it posed a security risk. |

Proximity to gondola. Friendly staff, mostly Argentinian. Feeling of space. Bathrooms getting a bit outmoded. Buffet style dining can be a bit of pain at every meal - we prefer some waiter service. |

breakfast was excellent, proximity to gondala excellent, locker facility excellent buffet suppers a bit 'samey' wine to expensive for what it was, bedroom bathroom smelt of smoke probably due to picadilly pub and a not to good ventilation system |

it was very close to the ski slopes, very comfortable and the staff was very friendly - all except one i didnt like the lack of english tellevision channels only had eurosport, news channels, bbc world and bbc2. the hotel should offer money exchange service There was one person at reception desk who i found rude - all other staff were very friendly |

location near ski lift, restaurant, size of the room were perfect WI-FI works only in main hall and from time to time, in the restaurant only basic food is included in the price, even for water you have to pay, bathroom must be renovated - hot water is hard to adjust |

Proximity to ski slopes, food, cleanlines, parking, facilities (spa etc). Andora in general still allow smoking in bars and public places so smoke was a pest wherever you went. Showers were not working properly - scalding hot to freezing cold. |
