Sport Hotel  

Very well managed hotel and very friendly staff. Food perfectly acceptable although not gourmet. Bedrooms rather too warm.

Very good standard for a ski hotel. Location is excellent. Breakfast is very good. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I will return to the hotel again. The location is good with a few bars and live music in the Harp that was good with excellent staff. Eating nearby - don't go cheap the low end is not very good at all. There are decent pizzas though.

Very pleasant and friendly staff, all our prayers and wishes were taken into account. Staff is always smiling and always ready to help you. Good smorgasbord. Perfectly food: very tasty, wide variety of fruits and seafood in winter season. In spite of our late evening arrival for us was arranged very good supper. Excellent pub! Very close proximity to the ski lift. Large, spacious halls and rooms.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The bar and reception area was comfortable and bar entertainment excellent. The rooms (we had an old room - not updated), but was very clean.

The big disappointment was the restaurant. It was a buffet- so there was a constant stream of people obtaining food from the buffet area. Also the staff were constantly collecting used plates etc and delivering fresh food.(like a canteen) Also, the food quality was poor- frankly, I've had better on a cross channel ferry. It was marginally better than a fast food restaurant. I think the head chef had a budget and so the quality and choice was very restricted. Not what I would expect from a four star ? hotel.

This was our 4th stay at hotel and always happy with the service & location but think that it's getting very expensive now so would consider changing hotels.

The food was excellent, the staff were very helpful. It was my daughters birthday during our stay and the staff went out of their way to accomodate our needs

Location relative to the main cable car station is great. Good food with half board.

Andorra still allows smoking in public places and as a non-smoker I found it put me off staying too long in the public areas of the hotel. This is a shame as they were otherwise pretty nice.

Удобное расположение отеля по отношению к телекобинкам и службам проката лыж. Хорошо оформлен. Прекрасный спа центр (для проживающих в данном отеле платный) в который можно выйти в халате из номера (халат выдают) Доброжилательный обслуживающий персонал (особенно это приятно когда не знаеш языка, но тебя всеравно пытаются понять)

Отдыхали семьей в этом отеле неделю. Прекрасный отель, отличное месторасположение (50 метров от основного подъемника Сольдеу), большой номер на 4 человека 32 кв.м., соответствует фото на сайте, вежливый персонал, прекрасная разнообразная кухня, интересный дизайн в стиле кантри, бар с большим выбором напитков, большое фойе для отдыха компанией, бильярд (2 евро за игру), бесплатный WI-FI, есть охраняемое помещение для хранения снаряжения в непосредственной близости от подъемника.

Минусы: в номерах не предоставляются тапочки для отдыхающих, т.е. нужно привозить с собой, отсутствие мини-бара в номерах, ужины не включают никаких бесплатных напитков (даже безалкогольных - вода, чай, кофе и т.п.). Т.е. напитки из бара нужно приносить с собой на ужин, или заказывать у официантов ресторана за отдельную плату, но выбор не разнообразный (вино, пиво, вода..). Коктейли, мартини и т.п. только в баре.

Excelente para quem quer passar uns dias na neve e relaxar num ambiente agradabilíssimo. Funcionários sempre disponíveis e discretos. Junto aos acessos às pistas de esqui. Quartos grandes e facilidades quer para adultos (spa, bar e salões) como para crianças (miniclub com educadora Carolina sempre disponível). Já é o 4º Natal que passo neste hotel e voltarei.... Aqui fica agradecimento a todos.

Spa interessante com atendimento muito profissional mas com preços muito elevados e sem preço especial para hóspedes. Quartos a precisar de pequena remodelação (especialmente quarto de banho com algum odor). Este hotel, como está inserido num grupo de 3 é deixado um pouco de parte, não havendo programas especiais que se concentram no village. Na minha opinião este Hotel sport é o mais agradável de todos, mas descurado pela administração.
