Very friendly, obliging and accommodating staff.Good,plentiful food at all times Heating throughout the hotel was overpowering as it always is even in the hight of winter.A pervading smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel |

Lovely location beside river in wooded mountain valley.Outdoor facilities make this more suitable for summer walking holiday in mountains. Most distant hotel from ski lifts,bars and night-life. Ski bus not too frequent so having a car is useful. Noise carries into bedrooms from corridors some of which open onto downstairs foyer/bar. Decor very dated and breakfast average. Didn't have evening meals but menu looked pretty good. |

La disposición del personal del hotel. Que se ha publicitado niños gratis en camas supletorias y me han cobrado por el niño. Vamos, una pequeña estafa (según ellos error de Booking) |

La amabilidad, limpieza, muy cerca de las pista de Arinsal (Vallnord). Atendieron rapidamente a un problema que teniamos en la habitacón. |

Lo mejor que tiene es la sutiación está situado a menos de 1Km de Arinsal e incluso te recogen con autobús en la misma puerta del Hotel. La estación te Pal se encuentra también a unos 5Km. Camas incomodas. La calefacción hace demasiado ruido y te impide descansar. Hacen fiestas casi cada día hasta altas horas de la madrugada y molesta a las habitaciones de la segunda planta. Desayuno muy nomalito. |

Emplacement au calme . Petit déjeuner très correct , dommage q'il y ait trop de monde et qu'il soit à la cave sans vue sur la montagne !!! La chambre était d'un bon rapport qualité prix mais quand même dans les combles avec un seul velux pour la vue , ce qui est dommage . |

personnel, parking, un spa hors service, aucune mention d'un gave bruyant devant les chambres, pas de climatisation, piscine extérieure pas chauffée, en dessous d'une qualification 4 étoiles endorran, hotel vieilissanrt, la chambre loué par votre intermédiaire ne possède pas de balcon. |
