they can work on creating more green areas to walk through
The location was great with a view of the jebel hafeet, the food was good, the bed was great
Was traveling with a baby and on their site they claimed to provide a crib, but what we got was pathetic,a cheap travel foldable crib which didn't even have a mattress on,we had to sleep with the baby, the bath tub had stains which made taking a shower unpleasant, the place needs renovation, during the day it looks tired with a fountain that only goes on at night,so you have to endure the sight of what looks like a dreary abandoned fountain over a duck pond, the mini bar was empty, staff looked bored, wouldn't go back there again or advise anyone to go there unless you would want to spend your entire visit in al ain wishing you would have paid a bit extra for a whole lot better,we decided have family dinner at al ain rotana, our hearts sank with regret when We left after dinner it was like we wr going back home before our vacation ended
Good choice of activities nearby and of restaurants. Good food in the restaurant (the one where breakfast was served). Nice nearby pool.
Some of the facilities were a bit run down and in need of maintenance (fountain) It was unclear what was available in the restaurant and what not (we were there for dinner and following lunch and pizza was never available)
部屋が広々していてよかった。またWI-FI環境が整備されていた。 A big room with excellent wi-fi access.
給湯器が壊れていて誰もシャワーに入れなかった。 The heating unit was completely broken. Nobody could take a shower.
nature beauty, vast area, spacious rooms
toilet n washroom only one, atleast one small bathroom n washbin required
Calm and quiet location
The resort looks old and there is no proper maintenance
cleanliness resort set up, distances were far room wasn't ready upon arrival
Location - the situation is excellent with beautiful vistas of Jabel Hafeet. Has history and a quirkiness which you do not find in the usual run of the mill chain hotel.
The hotel is the original Government building which has had hardly any renovation. However, it is billed as a Four Star hotel - in my opinion, this is overrated. Attention to detail was lacking.
convenient to have visitors because of spacioous facilities.the villa is clean
there's no microwave or oven to warm our food
- Breakfast with low Quality and no varity. - Most of the facilities that was existing before are closed especially for kids. - The lake for Pedal Boat ride too dirty. -
There is no kitchenete
The location No clean Very old The smell Flyers and mosquito
Overall experience was great. Villas are clean and well furnished with great living space and garden area. A great place to hangout with friends. This place is lot different after it is managed by one to one. So Please ignore old reviews.
No microwave no music
Very calm, you'd feel its all for yourself. Mt Hafeet view. A Special BBQ area, Boat lake, Family Park,Heritage Village, classic car museum, Quad bike I like the fact thats its 30 min drive from the city
the resort is huge, over 3km, but worn out and needs a lot of renovation. The villa is excellent size and renovated in a way. Excellent staff. If taken care of, it would be world class
Too many insects.. There is no care about the area...
I booked the hotel because of its closeness to the Oman border
The hotel was not what I was expecting. The villas were oversized but had no useful facilities. They provided two sets of towels even though we had booked for four people. I had also booked two king beds and on arrival told it was not available even though the place was empty. The safe in the room was not attached to the floor. The only restaurant open was terrible food and poor service. They were making a lot of noise setting up tables for the next day rather than making sure customers were looked after. I will not be staying again.
Good location, price for money
Not much options for restaurants
Dirty. Needs cleaning and renovation. No way a four star facility. It's an over priced three star hotel. Staff dumped a mattress and quilt in our room where as we requested an extra bed for our child. Toilet supplies were not placed. Room was smelly. Poor quality fittings and fixtures. Water temperature could not be set. Temp kept fluctuating during shower. Asked for glasses to drink water and received mugs. Please improve the hotel and develop a proper resort.
Room size...Gym facilities.peaceful environment!!
The location was quite far from the main city and some restaurants refused to deliver all that far.
I thought one to one would renew the old place but they have only changed the furniture. The balcony was dirty and couldn't sleep because of the noisy party
The hotel villa concept was good, quiet and peaceful location, very good wifi (note: each villa has its own router). Friendly reception staff. Staff at breakfast place also attentive. Villa is large enough for the price.
Breakfast included in booking price is not room service, only buffet served in a restaurant that you need to drive (or walk long) to get to. Also, breakfast buffet needs more variety. Pool (near the breakfast buffet place) was cold and not heated (note: went in December).
kind staff, family friendly
sign board to reception is not clear
Though the staffs are quite helpful with our questions, they are rude on how to respond to our needs. They should have a training on good customer service. The pool is too small. The kiddie pool have broken tiles and caused injury to the kids that came with us. Definitely, not a good place to stay.
