Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst op dit gerenoveerde resort. De appartementen zijn ruim. Faciliteiten in het kader van recreatie zijn goed. Tevens bevat het resort 3 restaurants.

De keuken is niet ingericht om zelf te koken. Borden en bestek zijn wel op verzoek verkrijgbaar.

The apartment was huge and clean and the I was told there is two beds only and we were seven people, I mean two adults 5 kids below 10 and they offered us extra beds for free of charge, but I didn't need it coz the bed were enough big. Aso they have changed the apartment for us due to a problem with the apartment main door. Staff were really helpful and kind with us.

Quiet location; friendliness of the staff; wonderful pool and recreational facilities. The hotel is close to Jebel Hafeet and the Hot Springs. Although it is rather old now it is still a high qualit place for a peaceful break.

I couldn't find the hotel for a long time! Clearer instructions maybe in the confirmation email. Even a local taxi driver bringing a friend to meet me at the hotel had difficulty in finding it!!!

the too square olympic swimming pool completely covered by concrete very dark in day and no sunshine

Absolutely loved the place and the staff were more than accommodating--excellent treatment and fabulous room. I would most definitely stay here again.

The knowledge the Staff had about the Hotel facilities , place & queries we asked.

Friendly staff and clean

No kitchen, only one shower, terrace not that clean, broken children playground,

Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Good location close to Wadi Adventure. We were there for Le Grand Sting Triathlon. Stuff were supportive of us as athletes.

Rooms are nice and clean however perhaps a little dated. A/C unit was quite noisy.

Clean and cosy. Good location.

Kitchen had no utensils pots or pans. Not equipped at all. Just a bare kitchen.

Well designed room with nice view of the fountains. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was even allowed to borrow a laptop because mine wouldn't connect to their network. An excellent, warm watered and covered pool.A range of on site restaurants at reasonable prices.

Some of the grounds are still being finished and it was very empty.I wish I had been able to see the fountain show, but was told it only happens 2 days a week. .

The area

Location opposite the Wadi adventure and Jebel Hafeet. Response to problems- tried to fix mosquiots with spray on day 2

Mosquitos in the Villas. Villas need refurbishing, very old falling apart.

Lot of activity , location life music.

Staff was friendly but no experience , room Service very poor , bikes are not in good condition to be used.

Everything. The villa that we stayed in was nice. Although the resort can use a spa. :-)

Nice location in a big park. Lot of birds around the resort. Feeding Egyptian Frui t Bats seen in the evenings. Near Jebel Hafit and Green Mubazzarah. Wifi was fast and accessible all the time. No password. No problems. Good service and friendly staff.

Long distance between the villas and other facilities. You'll need a car. A lot of construction work taking place in the park. Had to ask for an extra key. No keys worked on the second day. Had to drive back to the reception to have them reprogrammed. Very low water pressure on the first evening. However, it was fixed the next morning. No hot water during the entire stay.

the best thing is the staff hospitality they are very good especially Mr. Naseem Zakaria and Miss Annabelle they were very helpful and they make our stay very a comfortable there .

Place is totally disorganized Activities and Hotel facilities is not clear Restaurant prices is higher than normal You can easily get lost inside the hotel It needs a lot of information signs Streets and facilities needs renovation

I liked the location its a great place

The decoration is like welcome to 1970's .. I mean they should wake up and redocorate the place to much 2013 atleast in the shower place and bathrooms

I wanted to get out of the city and find peace and quietness and I found it there. A great place for families to have bonding time. Will bring my family next time round.

Would have been nice to get a message and facial while I was there. There were activities available but there were no advertisement about it. I found out that I could go quading as I was checking out. :(

Construction works in the location

The staff was very very friendly. We had booked a double bed room, which they din't have available, so without any discussion , they upgraded us to a one bedroom chalet. They also allowed us late checkout with a smile. It was a very pleasant stay and we had fun. The rooms were very very clean and up to date, with everything you need.

They need to keep the parks clean, the slides n all was a little dirty.
