Shower room is very small. there should be vallet parking for all guests. More staffs to assist guests for their trolleys if they request and not to decline guests if they ask them.

The time when I ordered the breakfast that was supposed to be served at 6-6.30 am, I ordered thru a hotel paper that was instructed to be hanged out by the door knob, by 6 am, the ordered menu was still there. I was on a tight schedule, my breakfast was served at 6.45 am, that caused me a delay to my planned activity for that day.
Clean room, good facilities, convenient location
Booked room for 2 persons, but only one set of towels. When asked for extra towels, the room service boy took a while to respond. I gave him 10 AED for tips. He seems unhappy and asked "only 10 dirhams?" I was shocked. When did this hotel make tips mandatory? After that the boy rang my door several times to ask if I need extra water, tea, coffee, etc? He was looking for more tips. That was really annoying. I hope hotel management do something about this. Otherwise, I will stay somewhere else rather than here.
all the staff don't know the hotel facility and the room was not clean, the other amenities in the room was not available like towel,...
Staffs are helpful, Sayeed and the other manager in front desk is very presentable staff who made check in and check out they are very friendly.
As a repeated guest i don't get my previous requests even i requested again some they can do it.

1. MOD for night was very rude and was not willing to provide solution in regards to having to leave 500AED deposit. I have visited 5 star hotels that require 300AED deposit, why does a lesser star hotel require more? 2. Staff are not proactive - I requested two additional bottles of water + extra bath soap/shampoo for the RM upon CI. The bath soap and shampoo were never delivered. However, I noticed that in the mini-fridge there were two additional bottles of water which I beleived was the extra water that I had requested. This is not the case (read below). 3. Asked if there is toothpaste and toothbrush in the RM - agent upon CI confirmed yes. There was none. 4. HSK woke me up at 10:00AM asking if I needed my laundry cleaned. I never requested laundry pickup. Upon CO I informed the front desk staff to which she yelled to her manager, "another mistake from housekeeping." The morning manager extended his "sincere" apology to me and did nothing else. 5. Upon my departure and while in taxi on my way to work, staff called me telling me that I had not paid for minibar (two bottles of water) and the second key was not returned. They told me I had to pay. I informed them of what I requested upon CI and your staff confirmed with me that the water was for for free. Your staff did not even bother to investigate and just transferred me directly to your Manager on Duty. Your Manager on Duty did not even investigate what had happened and told me that I had to pay. Your staff told me they were free so I would not pay. End of story. 6. 10 minutes later after talking to your Manager, I received another call from your front desk staff stating that she would have to pay for the second key out of her pocket as I lied to her about the second key being in the key slot in the RM (very well done). Poor management results in poor staff service ...

the room that was given to me should be better ,I think what mattered is the fact that if you are booking through booking.com rather than on site instant booking, the front desk receptionist will place you in the worst room they have for I got the room in a cheap offer which makes nonsense...
