Swimming pool, hotel allowed guests either male or femail

Actually, receptionist asked to deposit 500 aed cash per each room. But I didn't get any information of Hotel policy on booking.com. I feel very perplexed. Why don't the hotel alert the information for guests to be stayed?

I like the amenities the most/ recreational available too. If your for fun and activities, its recommended but for a long and nice sleep a top priority then make a second thought.

The sounds from the night bars can hear till our rooms. Its disturbing till 3am. Phonecalls in the morning is unacceptable, doorbell in the a.m for laundry is a bit irritating. I need a peaceful and nice, long sleep is the reason why i went to hotel room but it was not achieved.

I didn't like the way a debit card security deposit is being held for 30 business days. Due to this 30 days issue, I decided to use my American Express Credit Card which I was told that the security deposit will not be withdraw from my account if there are no charges. At the time of checking out I tried to confirm what the night clerk has explained to me about the security deposit just to find out that it was not a true statement. The security deposit amount was charged to my Amex card plus I was told that the money will be re credited within 7 working days. For a credit card security deposit this is unacceptable. The funds withdrawn shall be immediately returned to the account.

Parked in front of the hotel and paid a parking fees for 24 hrs and still got a parking ticket fine of 150 usd as it turned out to be for residents I'm a non residential area!

The check-in and check-out try to deal with more than one customer at a time. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

The location is easy to city trip.

This is a great option for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. The hotel has a great selection of restaurants, including Thai, Italian and Japanese. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is hard to beat - a 5 minute walk from the Corniche, close to a number of malls, shopping areas and restaurants.

The shower area was rather small.

Hotel not able to re-credit my AED 500 deposit taken on arrival back into my account on the day of checking out, Hotel has to send paperwork to Bank before deposit can be re-credited.? I would stay again but next time give AED 500 cash and get cash/balance back on the day.

Lack of communication between the front office staffs, because while they confirming the booking we have been said visitors are allowed, but after we checked in when our guest arrived at the hotel, they have stopped them and one of the lady was in the reception told that the visitors aren't allowed in a rude way even though they have agreed while confirming the booking. it's so embarrassing in front of our guest.
