TV n Internet There is a need to upgrade the tv to a newer and fashionable type. Internet should be free for some hours.

good location near metro food court shopping facility

very crowded small pool which is not at all acceptable. the hotel guest should have a separate pool. that pool is for hundreds of permanent residence..

Nice and tidy, friendly staff, good food, nice rooms.

Ordered a taxicab for early morning to go to the airport. Cab wasn't there, they were very friendly to help with an alternative solution. I did have some stress if I was gonna catch my flight. Everything worked out though.

I like the location and the availability of the family requirement for example: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop ....etc.

the WI-FI is not free for the guest.

It was like my home. I needed one item which was missing of which they cannot provide. Next time I am coming to Dubia I shall bring it to make my stay complete. I arrined today and have just recommend my daughter to have her honey moon at the the Hotel.

I do not remember any thing . The brakefast was good. If I remember I will let you know.

The rooms are large , comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is very good for all cultures. They need more newspapers.

Most rooms are smoking and nowdays thats not acceptable. Non smokers find tobacco smells awful. Also the TVs are old fashioned especially for a county like Dubai. They should all be flat screen on the wall.

No disturbance at all. Excellent reception staff. No hassles on procedures while check-in and check-out. Calm and quiet environment.

A few steps walk to Metro station.

The rates were little bit higher.

Tourism in the area was very disorganised. Needs to have a good street map and for everyone living in such a awesome place to smile and be happy. Your hotel staff where very good but in general Dubai won't be getting any good remarks from myself. Sadly I had been told not to bother with Dubai by many people but needed to see for myself. I hope Tourism gets sorted and look forward to good remarks in the future. Cheers

Old fashion of rooms poor facilities the description and imagine which showing it not match with the reyality , cleenless covers and beds

Rooms are quite comfortable and very close to the metro

Only the concierge staff are good.

Will never suggest booking this hotel thru' booking.com as the rate I paid was more than double -AED1500per night whereas other customers for the same period of stay and same type of rooms were paying only aed700. It was so crazy to stay here which has rules that they would provide only one bottle of water for the entire stay and everthing is exhorbidantly priced - be it Room service or laundry. There's no wifi for free and is also crazy priced. Business centre doesn't exist and Breakfast is just an eye-wash. You can see a lot of hookers everywhere which is not very pleasant for a business or family travellers.

I would like to say that only location of the hotel was nice.

The room which I ordered was not satisfy the price I paid. To protect my self from bad smell of pillow case I covered pillow with my Tshirt. I didn't found normal hotel slippers, bathroom robe and towels was very small. And also to have a breakfast you need a guider or gps navigator to find a restoran.

responce from the staff is very poor. they are not cooprative with the guest. the security system in the basement for the cars need to be improved also the interance for the car parking need to be revised to make the enterence and exit from the same place.

Appartment was spacious.

Breakfast was in the ajoining shopping center.

The friendliness of the staff, they go out of their way to help you. The layout and the design of the hotel is also nice.
