“Al Bustan Rotana is what I expect a business hotel to be. It is clean and comfortable, the staff efficient and unobtrusive, and the in-hotel restaurants excellent. It's a very good value for the money, and its location (a 5-minute drive from the airport) makes it very convenient for travelers who have flights to catch. I'd be glad to stay there again.”

Room was comfortable....location is excellent 1- The SPA (Sauna and Steam Room) smells bad, 2- No Cattle for making coffee, 3- We were very much embarrassed when the waiter followed us outside the restaurant to ask to sign for charging my kids for breakfast, while they were included within the room rate and insisted until he called the executive lounge and she confirmed that it was included

I was in transit, overnight, and enjoyed a perfecr rest and a superb in- room breakfast - all that I wanted this time around. Will stay there again in the future.

Very kind hotel,comfortable and luxury. I changed my first plan-by hotels car to airport.I changed a taxi because cheap price.I think my manner was no good ,even if no good,-front staff sneered to me-,I did not like this manner also door man sneered to me.

The staff were great and provided exceptional service upon arrival. Hotel was beautiful on the inside with a very interesting design. Only hotel I have stayed in in Dubai so I have nothing to compare it to locally. However, from places I have stated around the world I expected a more comfortable room at $300.00+ a night. Nothing specifically was bad about it, it just didn't feel like a luxary room to me.

Club Rotana rooms and related facilities, Coffee and evening complementary drinks and buffet at the business center among the best i have seen. Hotel has some very nice restaurants. Location wise its just 5 minutes drive to the airport. Nice entertainment facilities nearby at le-Meridian village. Wifi connection is not very reliable and speed is not very good.

Lovely helpful staff. Stupidly large atrium, pathetically small rooms. Unbelievably overpriced. Was put in a smoking room and the smell was utterly disgusting and it had two beds (I only wanted one, and booked only single occupancy with bookers.com). However the change was affected next day which was good. The Wifi was total highway robbery. When I had to print a document from the Web, I had to go to the business centre and pay for wifi twice!!!. A Hotel charging 1100 pounds per week should have free Wifi in the rooms. The Lebanese resteraunt was low quality food.

Perfect location for an overnight stay before travelling on from Dubai. Excellent service from staff ,hotel and room very clean and comfortable. Also a great choice of resturants for an evening meal.
