The hotel staff were veryefficient and friendly. The hotel itself was very good quality and happy to recommend to visitors either business or family. A shuttle to and from the airport would be good but this seems to be a shortfall of many 4 & 5 star hotels in Dubai |

The staff were very helpful and the cleanliness and attention to detail was excellent (such as fresh flowers and their presentation in the publicc areas) I hated the room because there was a loud constant hum that at night did not allow me to sleep properly |

There was a good choice of restaurants and the hotel was very calm. Unfortunately we had a problem with our booking which we did through Booking.com. However receptionist was aggressive and not very helpful in trying to sort out problem, We were offered a room at the same rate, however when we came to check out the same receptionist changed the rate and became argumentative again. We had a booking confirmation and this was handed over at the time. |
