Al Bustan Rotana - DubaiCasablanca Road, Near Airport, Garhoud, Dubai (Show map) Very good, Score from 227 reviews“Al Bustan Rotana is what I expect a business hotel to be. It is clean and comfortable, the staff efficient and unobtrusive, and the in-hotel restaurants excellent. It's a very good value for the money, and its location (a 5-minute drive from the airport) makes it very convenient for travelers who have flights to catch. I'd be glad to stay there again.”

Room was comfortable....location is excellent 1- The SPA (Sauna and Steam Room) smells bad, 2- No Cattle for making coffee, 3- We were very much embarrassed when the waiter followed us outside the restaurant to ask to sign for charging my kids for breakfast, while they were included within the room rate and insisted until he called the executive lounge and she confirmed that it was included

We stayed for one week in a Club Rotana room. The hotel facilities, staff and food was excellent - could not be faulted. Well worth paying the little bit extra for the Club Rotana facilities - enjoyed lavish afternoon teas and evening cocktails with a vast array of tasty canapies. Although we knew this hotel was close the airport we were surprised at the lack of local amenities in the locality.

The room was very noisy. The shower/bath was running from 2.30am to 5.00am, could not sleep at all. than vacuum cleaning starts at the floor. Reported to desk- no change guess.

I did not enjoy my stay whatsoever! The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel, this is meant to be a 5 star hotel and yet I was treated very badly. I would advise anyone considering to stay there don't, they made my stay very stressful.

It is a reliable 5* hotel near the airport that I have stayed in many times since 2005. Service levels are good although there has been a lot of cost savings made over the past three years - including the number of staff available. I had a 'club-room' so breakfast was included in the club-lounge and that was fast and friendly. The 'happy hour' service in the club lounge was also very good on the one occasion I had time to use it. It is a good hotel to use for meetings as the atrium lobby coffee shop is quiet and efficient. I made the mistake of visiting during Dubai Airshow week so the room rate tripled for much of the stay but the last night was at the normal rate. It is worth remembering that this is normal for all Dubai hotels during major events in the City.

The hotel is very closed to the shopping malls like diera city center & festival city. the 5-10 min to the airport is great to avoid lossing time to/from the airport. The well prepared health club. The wide range of restaurants. As my booking was including the internet, I used the internet in my room. while checking out I paid more 165 aed more for the internet as I had to use it only on the lounge which was not mentioned while booking. so that my rate became the worst compared to my friends whom booked through their company.

I have been a rewards members for several years and have always enjoyed my stay at the Al Bustan, the restaurants are excellent. I have been a rewards members for several years and have always enjoyed my stay at the Al Bustan, the restaurants are excellent. However this time the reception staff was unfriendly and not accomodating. I arrived at 4 am to check in and asked for late checkout which has always been 6 pm before, this time they would only give me til 2 pm, only 10 hours after I arrived.

The smoking rooms need to be cleaned with more frequency. They clearly have not been deep cleaned in quite a considerable period of time and the rooms are very smelly

I liked the design of the lobby. I didn't like that it was so hard to take the car for the vallet. Also I found a real Cockroach in the food menu in my room. I had to kill it myself. It was a bad thing to happen to me and I started to doubt the cleaness of the place. Since there was a big event happening during my stay at the hotel, staff of Bostan Rotana gave a careless treatment to me so I thought they can't manage having different type of cutomers.

“I have travelled throughout the world and stayed in everything from tents to Royal Palace’s. It has been a long time since I have experienced such earnest hospitality with a comfortable atmosphere.
