clean, Junior Suite room was large, close to city centre and malls, staff were polite, satellite TV with various channels. Hotel has lively and busy music bars on top and mezzanine floors, where vistors can make new friends. can get noisy from music of the in-hotel bars/pubs; need to ask for a quite room. Hotel is not suitable for families. |

Excellent room, great staff, lively bars, good restaurants. Far better than I was expecting it to be. Lacked a gym and a pool, which is probably why it only has a 3 star rating. |

Staff at the reception and helper were so polite and helpful. Room arrangement with fruit basket, tea & coffee is really appreciated. This is the first time I had an experience that a hotel charges for the local call. This needs to be avoided whereas mobile calls should be charged. |

Clean, Kitchen, Room size, Alarm clock, 49'ers, Pub, Front side street noise too much in street side rooms and very noisy rooms, please choose back side rooms that a little bit quite. Also I don't know why no mini-bar in rooms? |

The staff were friendly and the accomodation was spacious and clean. Traffic noise was horrendous. The windows did not seem to be double glazed and the high level of traffic on the street below(we were 10 floors up) meant our sleep was disturbed all night. I am afraid that the bars in the hotel were a bit sleazy. We had a 3 year old with us and we had food in the bar on the top floor around 7pm. We were told to be out of there at 8:30. |
