Hotel staff are nice, helpful and accomodating.

Swimming pool are very old and need renovations. No swimming pool for toddler. Bowling center is full of smoke as it is non-smoking and has only 3-lanes therefore your chances to play bowling are very slim.

It was perfect! The Front Desk staff have lovely welcoming smiles and the rest of the staff are just as fabulous. Very attentive and fast and polite kudos!:)

Small comment there should be bellboys to receive the guests and guide them to their rooms.

the hotel was old, bathrooms weren't well equipped and old. services wasn't great also with only one employee at the reception.

Nice hotel with good food. Large rooms.

Jacuzzi and sauna is not recommended due to its cleanliness and free access to not-hotel guests

Pool..u can't use in cold atmosphere and its very poor area! No Playing Areas for Children

The location is in the middle of the town, many services (specifically restaurants) are 2 minutes away walking. The room is specious. I was on the 10th floor, so I had no issues with the club sounds as it was reported by other guests. Easy car parking spots. The breakfast saloon and the breakfast quality is cool.

Several things made me disappointed, the room lacked cleaning; I found used matches under the couch, and the dust was obvious on the coffee tables under the stand light. There was no shampoo in the shower, the recipient disk line is always busy during the night (I didn’t try it during the day). No one offered luggage lifting after I finished my check- in, neither after the check-out. It seems that the youth of the city love to drift and drag race the cars in that street in the weekends and holidays, the sound can reach the 10th floor, and it was annoying. Lastly, they misspelled my name in the bill and check-in information.

If beach is no problem for you , go a head and book it, otherwise go for hotel in Deba or Aqaa.

It was delay checking in- as well as no confirmation from booking.com to the hotel also early check out around 12:00 pm left the room they start calling from 11:00am to evacuate the room also the total room cost was 700 for two nights, the hotel tried to charge other charges and fees it becomes 900/- dhs even its clearly mentioned

The hotel is very convenient and comfortable in respect of my business in Fujairah. I very much enjoy the ambience and atmosphere of the Starlight Club and the staff are professional and friendly.

There is not much to dislike about the hotel but there is a distinct lack of tv channels for Europeans. It would be good if there were more European sport and entertainment channels.

Its a calm hotel good for relaxing. I like the bowling and the swim pool. They park your car everytime u come to the hotel I like that.

I believe the hotel had been renovated recently and so everything looked nice and new on the inside- on the outside the building looks a little dated so it was a nice surprise once inside. I had booked a regular room and was upgraded to a deluxe room which was big and nice. There was several restuarants and their prices seemed reasonable. I ate at one and the food and service were fine. The gym at the hotel was quite exceptional, probably the best hotel gym I have ever seen. There was also a massage parlor that was available and the prices were quite exceptional for 1 hour massage. The breakfast buffet was also decent in size, a respectable amount and variety of food. The hotel is located on the main road in town so there is a little bit of road noise but not bad. The only exception was a few kids on 4 wheelers with open exhausts riding on the street but that was just briefly passing by.
