Nice place for relaxation

Bathroom towels was cheap and poor quality.

I really wanted complain about what happend to us during our stay,we had not hot water in shower all the time and when we call them and ask for reduction ,they accepted on the phone but in chiking time ,,,they just refused in a very bad manner.i was in the shower with my baby ,,,in cold water,,it was my vocation which ruined specially when they lied aboud room rate reduction

yes,I was not happy because the promic reduct the price as we hadnt hot water in shower ,but in the cheking out time they didnt

swiming and jet skying

no tea in the room and poor sport facility

we love the beach, the pool and the quitness

not enaugh beach entertainment such as jetski and more kids play area

I liked the setting of my room (424). The layout of the complex. The beach bar. the entertainment in La Chalet. The closeness to the beach and sea. The sunsets

The food in Don Camilo was absolutely disgusting and I told them so. The minestrone soup was dishwater with a few bits of veg. The lasagne was disgusting and my wifes pizza was dripping grease. Very disappointing. Will not stop me from coming but you need to get this restaurant sorted out. Bad choice of restaurant for our visit. Definately not real Italian.

We stay at the Al Hamra frequently as the service and facilities are amazing. We will be coming back!!

Overall concept

Closed to beach, Clean beach, no distubancies from staff, very quite surroundings

Great safe beach front location to chill out and relax, with a range of food and beverage options to satisfy it's remoteness (RAK shopping and amenities are a 30 min drive)

Reception staff need to be sharper and more aware of guest requirements

i booked for 2 night but check out in 1 night as the hotel was very very bad. No facilities ,, waste of money i regret to cancel hilton beach resort and book this hotel , worse experince

many thing i cannot list them here. On checking out from room.. the hotel staff came to check the room in front of us. They dont wait to check the room after we check out . Are we a theif or what . we stayed in many hotel internationally but this thing never happened really disgusting

i liked the gardens, beach and room decoration, the prices also reasonable, also the good treatment of stuff there. this is the second time we go there.

food was good in their outlets and of course the outside garden and walkways/buildings design is very nice and relaxing. The beach seemed very clean as was the rest of the property.

it is a bit run down and needs some refurbishment soon i think, they also need to add more facilities inside their rooms as a 5 star hotel. i mean we did not have certain things in our room like bath robes, tea/coffee machine, fruit bowl etc... which are basic amenities in a 5 star hotel. also the staff seem to be not so qualified and professional. they need some serious training on 5 star standards and service. The hotel seemed to be very busy and fully occupied so this should be a sign of health and therefore the management should take more care and consideration into investing in their staff service quality as this is the key to their reputation and image and consistent success, especially if they are to survive when RAK booms...
