I have stayed in different hotels in abu dhabi, but I havent seen a place with comfort, great location,romantic and luxury like Al maha Rotana. Thats why whenever I comes to Abu dhabi certainely I will be staying in Al Maha Rotana. Now I am a weekly guest in your hotel.i would like to thank each and everyone in your hotel for making my weekend so relaxed and comfortable.

The staff at the reception is extremely helpful and very friendly. Also the staff in the restaurant and massage give me a very welcome feeling. The 3 staff people that get a 10/10 are Yzabel, Ernie and Ting Ting.

the staffs are very courteous, the room are squeaky clean. fantastic place to just laid back and relax.

it would be really value for money if I don't have to pay for the wifi, or charge at a lower rate. hope he management can comment or review this matter as I would love to return.

Very friendly,helpful and efficient staff make this hotel above four stars. The moment you step in to the foyer they bees around you and attend to every thing. Explain where to visit and where to shop. In room kettle was handy to use when you want. We had two single beds (more like double beds) as we checked in earlier than usual. This is a showroom hotel with spacious bathrooms after spending 31 nights in December and January in European hotels,including Paris with crammed bathrooms. Good wifi. Beyond our expectations.

I tried to send this to Rotana but was only allowed 500 characters!!!!: Dear Rotana, As a regular customer with Rotana, I would like to inform you of some poor service I recently received at one of your hotels. To give you some background; I am an architect and I live in Dubai but work in Abu Dhabi and because of that I regularly book a hotel overnight stay during the week as I work long hours, more often than not this is with the Rotana group. The past two weeks i have been working for 12-18hours a day to complete a client presentation. On the final day before the presentation I booked myself and a colleague into your Al Maha Rotana Suites as we were expecting to be working until early in the morning. To that note I emailed the hotel in advance to say that we would be checking in late and to please have our rooms ready as we would be extremely tired. Before i arrived at the hotel my VISA DEBIT card was charged without authority; when I called to query this I was met with nothing but attitude from your employee on the other end of the phone. When I explained that my account had been debited for half the room charge I was told I was wrong and that the credit card had simply been blocked for a deposit. I explained that no the money had been taken from my account as it was infact a debit card not a credit card. The employee refused to listen and talked over me. As expected we left work at 3.30am. It took us around 10mins to get to the hotel. On arrival to the hotel I was faced with the same person that had been rude to me on the phone, Mr Riyaz. He then told me, despite having booked two Classic King Studios Nonsmoking, that he could not offer me this and he only had one king nonsmoking and one twin non smoking. My colleague agreed to take a king smoking room despite being a non smoker. There was no paperwork prepared on out arrival and it took 20minutes of messing around to actually check in...Completely disorganized despite me sending an email earlier.

The Staff, I booked 2 non smoking Classic King Suites and was not provided this on check in. Myself and my Colleague ended up with smoking rooms which are absolutely disgusting for a non smoker....its like sleeping in a stale ash tray!!!

The hotel is so dirty and the service is so bad Be sure not to talk to staff as they are so rude

No facilities like coffee shop

good location, comfortable accomodation, well-trained staff, lively surroundings

food at the local restaurant is quite expensive

Reception Staff is the best I like about the hotel

Not having a bar is the big minus

Entrent service where they charge 25 Dhs/hr which is very costly if you want to be connected with others all the time.

Reasonable price, very good service, clean, excellent location, spacious rooms, fast lifts, curtesious staff, private free parking

Internet should be free. I dont think there is substantial gain by charging for it. Free internet will attract more guests.
