Great location, cheap price

No restaurant in hotel or nearby - had to buy breakfast at supermarket, no wifi in room and lobby wifi was very weak

Location was near shopping centre and oasis Very large unit with limited kitchen facilities Easy parking

Unit too large for three people A/C didn't switch off and we were freezing cold No towels Decor heavy and seemed dusty Lighting was awful - bedside lamps did not have an electric socket to plug them in, just for show. Lighting in living room was barely light enough to see. Living room was like a half decorated railway waiting room, much too large for the furniture in it

- spacious - down town area - near the mosque

- water for bathrooms is not stable - no restaurant in hotel also nearby - drain on the balcony is not working - old furniture - telephone is not working - old design of rooms

Location only

I have asked for one day extra in the apartment, but they increased the price by around 60 usd , even though I informed them with same price as previous day. They are not flexible and they don't care about the customer satisfaction at all water heater was not working and the flat was freezing

I done like it at all

It's so spaciousssss.... we stayed in a three bedroom suite and it is great. It's clean and comfortable....every room has its own toilet which makes it more comfortable....

rooms not clean. they don't have special rooms for no smokers.. All appartments smell smoking. sheets of the beds are dirty.we bought sheets from the market to use.

location is a walking distance to the center and the flat has a very good privacy ...

the master bed room has NO closet and the closet located near the living room of the flat

ملائم لذوي الميزانيات المحدودة ولكنه غير ملائم للسكن ابداا فلا خدمات تقدم للغرف او تحسين مستوى الجودة لديهم نقص كبير جدا في العمالة المتوفرة لديهم

ضعف الخدمه لا يوجد انترنت

العماله سئينين في نظافتهم والشقق رديه في النظافه

Large apartment, good location.

Extra bed was terrible and ended up sleeping on the sofa. No channels on the tv. Staff were not very friendly. Asked for a towel which I never got. No kettle in the kitchen although website says coffee making facilities.

Convenience for the purpose of our visit. The fact that it had 3 bedroom apartments which was big enough to accomodate a big family. The check-in staff were friendly. The apartment was quiet even though the hotel was located on a main road.

Though the staff were friendly there seemed to be miscommunication between them. I was informed by booking.com that I would receive an email from the hotel confirming my late check-in. After a week of not receiving anyhthing, I called the hotel and was informed that my booking was there and everything was confirmed. However, on arrival, I was met by the first staff who was in the process of checking me in when the second staff turns up and tells me that they had not received my reservation from booking.com. The third staff turns up and informs her that the apartment was ready. I was then asked to leave my id or dhs 100. this was after paying for the entire stay. When I tried to get an explanation as to why- they could not answer. The kitchen was not well equipped.

Spacious, clean

الفندق يتألف من خمسة مباني متصلة، الغرف كبيرة وتحتوي على جميع المتطلبات مثل الغسالة والفرن وأدوات الطبخ والمكواة. الفندق هادئ. وهنالك مواقف متوفرة للسيارات.

- كان الجو بادراً وعندما طلبت بطانية إضافية من أجل الأطفال أجابني الموظف بأنه لايوجد بطانيات وأن الغرفة مخصصة لشخصين وكان من المفروض عدم وجود أطفال!!! ولكن بعد إلحاح تم إحضار بطانية.

Don't like floor n bath room every were leakge no bathtub flowing water in the floor.no floor mat toilet door.hall n bedroom only one light switch no privecy in the room if u have guest coz no door.main door no safety lock any time can acces any one from outside like hotel staff.tv is there but remote nt working dirty sofa set.non smoking room but stary is there for cigarete.no any no for order food.no tissue is serving no towel in the toilet all in all its horoble.
