i swear i loved doing everything , i was amazed! hotel , food, service, spa, loved every little thing about it! trust me i will be back soon! yes! you should keep your eyes open on the cleaning crew , they need to step on it and do a better job especially the bathroom. |

the great sustomer service offered by the staff. The Hotel is kept in a top quality even if it's around 8 years old. (which is old for dubai) location is right under the Burj Khalifa and the largest shopping mall in dubai (Dubai Mall) |

The location was fantastic for access to dubai mall and we had a brilliant view of the Burj Khalifa. The hotel was well maintained and the staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious and excellent for our one year old son. There were no paved pathways from the hotel to the main road,making it very awkward with a baby buggy as we had to negotiate gravel and stones. |

Almost everything. Services are wonderful, staff is extremely polite and always ready, restaurants are delicious and services are 1st class. People said there was noise from construction sites. I saw the sites but didn't hear a thing. My baby daughter slept very well ! Almost no ramps and I had a baby pushcart. Getting to the pool was difficult and only possible because someone from the staff was always ready to help. |

The two bedroom apartment was spacious and kept very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice and gave a holiday feeling even though the hotel is located near the trade centre. Ideal location for the Dubai Mall, Burj Dubai and fountain - all within walking distance. there is still currently construction around the hotel, however this wasn't noticed within well insulated rooms within the hotel. |
