The location opposite the Dubai Mall and the restaurants in the hotel. We stayed in a suite (apartment) in a building adjacent to the hotel. Size of the apartment is good, but for Dubai standards it is modest. Hotel is kid friendly. It has a decent playground on site Maintenance on the hotel is bad: Tiles in the pool are missing, we needed during our stay 4 times a tech guy in our apartment. Not on major things, but you don't expect this from a 5 star hotei in Dubai. Service in the apartment building in the hotel is poor. It took an hour to connect internet. Nobody opens the front door, even not when you are fighting your way in with a baby scroller. There are way better apartment hotels in Dubai! |

Excellent service, friendly staff. Great location accross from the Dubai Mall and Burj Tower (even better when road works finished). Graet value for money a true 5* hotel. Access to pool and restaurants could be better. |

The size of the apartment. Access was very bad due to construction work. Shuttling between the hotel and apartment building was a hassle, club cars not avaialbele and they were, each driver had his own rule of pick up and drop off points. |

very quiet. A family atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and responsive. It's not the hotel per se, but the masive bridge construction around it and the many confusing detours made it hard to access the hotel. |

I stayed in this hotel more than 5 times and believe that it has a good value for money. Location is excellent as it is across the street from the Dubai Mall. The Lebanese restaurant has good food, yet is overpriced and has a poor service. You can find better Lebanese food and shisha outside the hotel. |

Honestly , frontdesk manager and staff is not so professional , personally I has been urging them for more than a week to release security deposit on my credit card after my departure and nothing has been done yet in this regard. |

location is great and the staff was very accomodating. we stayed in room 728 and the only "complaint" i have is the room key. it requires 3 trials to open the door and i was told by the staff that some rooms have such "problems" |

modern spacious and clean rooms with full facilities that can be needed during traveling. the 4 elevators were good for quick response during need. the long go around roads due to construction around the area of the hotel. |
