The apartments were very well equiped. There were 8 of us staying and our apartments were next door to each other. I liked the close proximety to Dubai Mall. The Mexican buffet was excellent. |

Overall great. Beware of the "easy walk" to the Dubai Mall. It leads over a construction site along concrete blocks, unprotected from speeding cars. Dangerous especially at night. |

I like the location & the comfort of the room. There is no airport pick up even though Rotatna has few hotels in Dubai |

Excellent service from the friendly staff; Ease of booking and check in / out. I took a club room this time and can highly recommend paying a bit extra to avail of the club facilities. Coffee, tea, soft drinks, water, cocktails, alcohol, snacks and canapes together with free internet access in the lounge made our stay very comfortable indeed. |

Service at the pool bar was excellent. A weird maze to try and reach the pool area, having to walk through the gym and up a dark staircase to get to it.The pools shown on the picture are not all for the hotel. |

The attentiveness of the staff was greatly appreciated, without being overbearing. The staff were very helpful in all matters and questions. The hotel and facilities were very good, and the room was well laid out, comfortable and clean Construction site outside, as a result of the road works - but this is curently unavoidable. I would have prefered a link to the main hotel to enable easy access and use of the hotel pool, rather than just the suites pool (which was very enjoyable). |

The Club Lounge was very relaxing and there was wide variety of food and drink on offer - definitely worth the money. We were due to check-in at 1400 hrs but did not arrive until 1600 hrs due to traffic, however, our room was not ready as it was still being cleaned (due to guests over-staying) and we did not get into our room until 1645 which was annoying. |

The pool and pool area were lovely. We have stayed at the Murooj Rotana previously and dined at the Waterside restaurant. We booked this weekend expressly to enjoy another meal at the Waterside, but the restaurant is now closed for the season. We were very disappointed that we were not informed at the time of booking about the restaurant closings. |

Very big room [2 bed apartment] which was very well equipped and maintained. Large supermarket is part of the hotel complex. 2 of the hotel restaurants were closed for refurbishment and much construction nearby - though not a major drawback. |
