Excellent staff, ocean view room and hotel was beautiful. Perfect service, also on the beach. Very nice setting with the waterways, souk and restaurants. |

Location and grounds and being away from the concrete jungle over most of Dubai. Service was awful. Every time the room was cleaned we had to call housekeeping to replace some removed items, like hand towels, bathrobes, glasses. Every day without fail! They never learned. Fcailities were 5 star, service was not. |

The staff were generally friendly and the beach facilities great. The check in was incerdibly slow and when I complained about the construction noise in the hotel during check out (we checked out early due to the noise) there was no applolgy. A little dissapointing I thought |

every thing is amazing there ..Madinat Jumairah is like a dreaming city and the hotel is like a story of a castle ..i like every thing there ..we celebrate our wedding day there and they surprise us with a cake and a greeting card from all the stuff of al qasr hotel which i like it too much and it is a very kind of them to selebrate with us ..and there is a service to help you to surprise any one with a bouqet of flower ...really i don't try a hotel combined every thing nice in one time like this hotel the smooking in the reception of the hotel ..because the smell is too bad.. |

Extremely friendly staff always ready to help us. Very large rooms very nice equiped. Free access to a funny water park. Room was located in an area where the noise of the AC is a bit to loud to what you expect from a 5 star luxury hotel. |

Al Qasr is a beautifully designed hotel reflecting the architecture of the Andalusian episode of the old Spain. The finishing works and furniture are of a superb quality. My staying experience was simply excellent, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the service is impeccable and all guests are treated as VIPs, which is expected from a hotel of this profile. I think it is time to upgrade the food menu of Pierre Chic Sea Food restaurant and give the same focus on the taste/portions similar to the presentation style'S. The open buffet is quite expensive at aed 270 pp when compared to that of Atlantis Hotel in Dubai (aed 140). |

it was a great hotel ever iam visit before the most big problem for delay my check in , the pool was amaaaaaaazing .. it was very nice how u can use all the facilities for all the hotels around for free fees like Burj Al arab and Wildwady Park .. iam rec omened 100% . they just mintion to all guest when they are booking, regards the time they can vist Burj Al Arab and which clothes is allowed to use there .. since the Short not allowed to visit it . |

The hotel was amazing. We were lucky enough to get upgraded too which was brilliant. The staff were really good and all the facilities were top notch. Would definately love to go again! The kids pool was fantastic for both of our kids too... And free entry to Wild Wadi was excellent. Can't say enough good things. I still find the cost of accommodation in the UAE pretty expensive! |

hotel invironment Reception was too unefficient, information doesnt go through Al Qaser and Al Masyaf and we had to explain to both of them and it took us more than 5 hours to have our rooms. |

Excellent Concept and design. Good construction materials. Good landscaping. I didn't like the fact that I book 2 rooms Ocean Deluxe. Mine for 3 nights and the second one for my partner only 2 nights. But, my partner was upgraded to Junior Suite while not me. Many jokes on me for that, thank you very much !!! (maybe you upgraded him because he came with your limousine from airport). Anyway cool for him but not for me ! |

We had just had a not so great experience in another hotel, the room space, so as we entered the lobby at Al Qasr we immediately knew this was the place to be. The room was very spacious plenty of closet space and room to relax. The pool was fantastic, the staff was always helpful and ready to assist us in every way. We are planning another trip in 2011 and Al Qasr is our new hotel of choice. You simply can't go wrong. |

I cannot fault anything about this hotel - it is without a doubt the best one I have ever stayed in! The staff service was consistently excellent and superbly helpful, the food excuisite and of unbelievable range, and the resort was out of this world. I would highly recommend taking the free water taxis to enjoy the beautiful resort sights and visit the 20+ restaurants on the site. I will definitely be returning! |
