the hotel was very nice, tidy, and the staff was soo helpful. it's a nice hotel for sure the beach of the hotel is not nice, full of shells nad the sand is very creamy :( |

very hi class hotel very luxury /friendly staff very good food sellection /nice sea view. my reservation was for 06 nights second day of my stay they asked me to check out or pay extra finally they have accepted me with same rate |

Rooms are big and properly cleaned 1. personel is not showing interest in the guests 2. miscommunication between personel 3. food quality in pool restaurant is embarrassing 4. pool closed 5. price to high in comparison to quality of hotel 6. Bad location; 30 minutes to Abu Dhabi centre 7. Long time waiting on taxi 8. When ordering normal operated taxi, still hotel taxi comes which charges double the price |

not much I agree with one of the previous guest i.e. the decor was questionable and reception average. The Hotel is currently totally isolated outside the main city and the beach is not there yet... Once the area is developped, it has a potential... right now I am not too sure. |

I liked the hotel atmosphere and the pool. Good views from the room. The hotel staff although helpful, couldnt communicate well in english. We realized at the end of our stay that they would communicate better when spoken to in arabic. |

The room size (although the Decor was questionable and mispaced in areas) was very good as well as the size of the Bathroom and its facilities. Large Shower, Large Tub, Clean and Tidy area. The temperature of the pool was perfect and a decent size. Checking in and checking out - the staff were appauling and although there was only 2 couples checking in at the time, they were very nervous and were not clear with explanations. The View from the pool to the sea - unfortunately there is alot of construction going on and virtually no sea to look at (lots of Sand). Checking out - only 1 person dealing with 6 parties and someone was waiting for an hour to check out apparently?? Im glad we were not the only ones suffering?? The Hotel is missing that edge to make it a good experience...you cant fully relax, you don't get that full tranquility as some other beach resorts visited in the uae - there is something missing with the whole experience but I cannot pin point it!!! |

Excellent breakfast and evening buffet We stayed during Ramadan, which meant that there was no eating or drinking in public areas - so pool bar and restaurant closed (42 degrees C..). However, the Iftar buffet was excellent and great value. Construction work was going on opposite the pool, but it wasn't too disruptive. |

Very beautiful hotel. Upgraded to the Royal Suite which made vacation very special. It's only problem is the major construction works. Swimming pool shuts much too early as well. Only that pool is not open at night |
