I had booked a pick-up service at the airport with them after midnight, but they never arrived, so that I had to make an international call to the hotel, where a totally useless receptionist was unable to give me any explanation but promised to call me back. After 20 minutes waiting at the airport and without any call back I had to make a second international call to the hotel, where he simply told me to take a taxi and get there by myself.
This accident impressed me very negatively since the beginning, when alone, in the night and in a totally unknown place, I didn' t find anyone to help me.
Poor customer service also during the following days, where asking for a rasor, the front-desk guy sent me to a mini-market 10 minutes walking far away, while, quite in front and even inside the hotel there were 2 mini-markets.
Again, on the floor, asking a maid for a toilette-paper roll, he told me to ask another maid. But I could still continue.
Totally conscious about their lack of front-desk customer-service, they provided for a lovely ukrainian lady to resolve all possible problems and complaints.
I realized quickly like the front-desk workers are there just to give the Keys and charge the bills but nothing else.
Nothing spontaneous by their side if you don' t complain several times and what I got as compensation for my bad experience and wasted calls has been a free extension of my stay until 8pm instead of 12 (in short, they would have cleaned my room few hours later)... This has been the maximum effort from a hotel that doesn' t care at all about negative reviews and to do their best for clients.
I strongly reccommand to go somewhere else and to read Always carefully the reviews left by the customers.
