Al Shams Plaza Hotel Apartments  

I liked nothing at all

This is an old, badly maintained and badly run apartments. The staff are way below any standard, they are simply rude. And the manager, whom I met as a last resort to sort a situation, was even worse. I strongly advise against this place, I went there because of the money and the availability, I regretted it and I learnt a lifetime lesson.

I use to stay there before and at that time the service level was ok and price is ok . this time the price is ok but service level is not.

When you ask for something yoy have to wait for long time to get that service.

Calm place and big rooms good for family we like swimming pool and how they attend our children parking was available at anytime I will recommend this to my other friends.

I dont like any think

Not clean bath and old sofa not good for family ther is no kitchen equpment old and dairty tawels and iam not recoment it for any one 90% of tv list india channel

فندق مقرف بكل معنة الكلمة نتن والنظافة معدومة لأبعد الحدود اغطية الاسرة والوسائد غير نظيفة الحمام مستنقع من الاوساخ والقرف

الفندق غير نظيف بتاتا ويوجد به صراصير والاثاث مستهلك وغير نظيف ولا والحمامات ايضا قذره وصدأه وعندما رأيت الفندق من الداخل الغيت حجزي وذهب لفندق اخر ولا انصح به

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته بختصار الفندق غير موهل للعوائل نهائيا لانه غيرنظيف مره والحاله النفسيه فيه مزريه الواحد يخاف على العائله بالداخل. وشكزا

This hotel was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. My family and I could not rest or relax at all. There were dead bugs all over the bathroom floor, the rugs were filthy, the couches had cigarette burn holes in them. The bed sheets had obviously not been changed or cleaned because they were literally full of hair. This place was the epitome of gross!
