Firstly when I reached there I was said that, they have no reservation with my name, they just provided me a room because they had vacant rooms available. The room I stayed at had a very dirty floor, no hot water, and the bath room waste bin was not cleared out when I checked in and partially used shampoo bottles. |

given the situation in Sharjah downtown, the parking space provided by the hotel is a plus point (1) No room service (2) No hotel directory in the room (3) No kitchen as advertised (4) AC is uncontrollable (warm at the day, chill at the night) |
