Location is perfect and the stuff is sooooo friendly and u can find help any time u want and they are always smilling :) bars and Restaurants have fabulous view on the pool and outside setting I did really like

Cleaning service is really poor they don't come quick when u ask for and they are not cleaning well when they come , room decoration is not as I thought it will be .. its not a 5 star decoration :( wifi not free provided in room and not available on lobby

Excellent service and very friendly staff

Room looks normal (nothing special). Swimming pool is decent size but could be fancier and larger.

3 elevators in the hotel is not enough for the number of hotel visitors, I hate waiting for long time to get in an elevator.

Nice hotel, good location, very friendly staff. We stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed every minute.

Expensive wifi and there is construction going on right opposite the hotel (by the beach) and not a pleasant view from the balcony. Apart from that, all was very good.

I like the staff and staying there, the all rooms contain balcony, sea view and pool view, the GYM was so clean and good space, actuly I like everything.

We stayed for 5 nights in a club Rotana room with access to Club floor. From being picked up st the airport through reception on the 25th floor, wonderful breakfasts, afternoon snacks and evening cocktails - everything was excellent. We had a half-board package and enjoyed the delicious lunch buffet with live cooking. We loved the pool and the outdior bar with live music and DJ in the evenings. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice balcony and two king size beds. Bathroom - nice with lucury amenities. The staff - friendly, competent and professional. Value for money excellent. I give 10 points and will definitely return:))

The only minus is the construction of the Beach shopping mall along the beach, however that effects all hotels along the Walk (Sheraton, Sofitel, Moevenpick and Hilton) in the same way and is not too noisy.

The location is very good - just 10-minutes walk to Dubai Marina shoping Mall, 30 minutes trip by car from the airport Friendly staff always gives towels to stay at the sea shore and umbrellas as well

No private beach, it takes about 7 minutes to reach the place where you can swim and rest My first night was awful - after 6 hour trip I came to the hotel, checked-in and ... there was disco party near the pool! So, I nearly couldn't sleep till 3 am. Fortunately it took place only once during my stay

I paid for a beach view room however with a large construction site b/w hotel and beach, the view was not that appealling

The building works which were 24 hours a day, it was dusty, and noisy and it created huge traffic jams out of the area

Liked all facilities inside hotel. The pool and bar area are great. Nearness of many restauraunts on The Walk.

The distance from the Hotel to the beach because of construction site opposite hotel.

The location was fantastic just by the walk.

- Great location directly on The Walk at jbr - Splendid breakfast buffet - Staff is extremely polite, helpful and service-minded - Rooms are big, clean and have all modern facilities and a nice balcony... Please make sure you book a room with sea view, since the views are amazing, despite all construction works happining in front of the hotel

- Check-in (and actually also check-out) was very slow since we were helped by new reception desk trainees - Views on JBR beach are great, but a pity that there are so many construction sites right in front of the hotel (must admit though that there was no noice or other disturbancies).
