Large rooms and tasteful furniture. Bed very comfy 1st night. As soon as we turned the AC up (the staff run it at 18 degress) as the room was like the arctic the whole place became sodden with water due to condensation. All linen and clothes very damp and a 1cm of water on the tiles which as well as being horrid was very dangerous. The staff said that due to building design you have oto have AC at 18 or lower to prevent this. Because of the damp the rooms stank, all fitting were rusted. General finish of the rooms was ridiculous. Cupboards hanging off, bad masonry, for example the tap on the bath faced the bath lip and wall! Parking as mentioned on other comments is offroad which is not great unless you have a 4x4. Wifi did not work which was our only reason for choosing this hotel. |

Yes of course! I have seen that there is sattelite tv connected in all rooms, but we cannot see any of our favourite channels including SKY Sports, Showtime etc. |

the rooms are spacious and the furnishure is in good condition The bathrooms were discusting, all taps and showers are rusted, tiles were missing from the wall and not replaced, and the worst part of the stay is the bad surege smell coming from the bathrooms |

Friendly and helpful staff, listening to your needs and accomodating. This was my second visit within ten days and I would do it yet again if necessary. The construction on the front road of the hotel does not allow easy access to the entrance door but there is plentiful access from the rear side. |

The spacious apartment is quite comfortable. Free internet is convenient. Kitchen has most of the common utensils available. Nice and clean apartment with one and half bathrooms. Grocery store is nearby. Parking is available and plentiful. I would rate this as 3.75 star apartment with helpful and cheerful staff. Odour on 4th floor corridor is sometimes too much. Rooms are ok. The bathroom floors are clean but some masonry work work would make them look nicer. Caution: People with smaller cars do not use the steel ramp to get to the entrance as it may damage the underside. Use the next street to access. he hotel is not next to Nissan showroom, but approx. 0.75km south of it. There is no road called Sawan road. |

Appartment's size is large and seems to be new. Internet is wireless and free. The whole surrounding area is under construction and Ajman is really not as developed as Dubai or even Sharjah. We had to drive on sand every night to park our car. Cleanliness of towels less than standard |

La cortesia, il confort della struttura e l'ampiezza dell'appartamento; il personale di staff è veramente preparato. La pulizia è sicuramente da migliorare; i lavori del cantiere intorno all'Hotel danni parecchi problemi. |

Diese Suiten eignen sich hervorragend als Uebergangsloesung bis man hier in Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman eine Wohnung gefunden hat oder sich nur 1/2 Monate im Land aufhaelt. Ich habe deshalb auch um 7 Tage verlaengert. Verkehrstechnisch ist die Lage optimal, auch sonst werden alle Beduerfnisse fuer einen laengeren Aufenthalt erfuellt und hat im Vergleich zu einem Hotel nur Vorteile. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass das Haus von Baustellen umgeben bzw. mitten drin ist. Das stoert, wenn man zu einen Geschaeftstermin soll und vorher durch Bauschutt wandern muss. Selbst zum eigenen Parkplatz (sehr vorteilhaft, weil hier ungedingt noetig) muss man durch Staub und Stein. |

Abseites der Haupstrasse. Leise. Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Nicht zu eit weg vom Stransd. Kücheneinrichtung spartanisch. (Kaffeemaschine fehllt, Besteck, Geschirr unzureichend). Es fehlten Sachen in den Zimmern |
