welcome fruit basket, central location, clean, quite comfortable, try to be stylisch, offers sufficient comfort, after being frequent customer, they still charge 250 % from my credit card as deposit! I requested once non smoker, but they put me in a smoking room. |

I did not have time to enjoy the hotel since I have always been out. I think you should train your staff at the reception desk more professionally. Rules have to be applied together with the brain.! |

Hotel was fine but cleaning needs to be looked at. Cleaning of room and bathroom got steamed up and took ages for steam clear. I did not see any extracter fan. |

The offerings of the executive lounge was excellent. The day we left for the airport the hotel arranged for breakfast at 4 in the morning without any problems. The Thai-Chinese restaurant was very nice. All staff was extremely nice and helpfull. The decor is rather dark and oldfashioned. |

It is a very authentice arabian hotel, fantastic service excellent staff superb location, right in the centre of the textles souk and 5 mins from the creek, lots of culture amazing atmosphere, will b going again soon. |

Comfortable and convenient to transport for shopping or site seeing Room had overpowering smell of stale smoke & nothing could be done about it. THe floor was designated as entirely non smoking |

beds are as hard as the floor, you have to add 20% on the price listed here even though it's cheaper to book through their website... location is so bad and very crowded. if you are driving then you have to wait for at least 15 min to get your car. |

perfect, sensible 4 star comfort. nothing extraordinary or flashy but everything that is needed. if you want the full dubai experience go elsewhere but this hotel is great value for money and direct opposite the old fabric, souks and creek. |
