The room was kept very clean and the chamber maid (a man) was very nice and attentive. Shower was not good, very difficult to regulate between burning hot and extremely cold. Even after changing the shower head, it was still fluctuating temperatures, although not as bad as before. The breakfast was the same every day and I did not like that. What I found completely unacceptable was that even though breakfast was until 10:30, when I cam at 10:15 I was told that certain I cannot sit at my favourite table because they are already cleaning it, and then they sprayed all empty tables right next to while I was having my breakfast. This really annoyed me and was very bad. The location of the hotel is also very bad, no possibility to walk on the street. Always have to take taxi/shuttle bus to go somewhere. I did not like that. |

We took the Executive package and found that with all that was included - balcony, separate dressing area & closet space, buffet breakfast, newspaper, free internet, nightly appies & wine, 30 - 50% off discount coupons on restaurants and hop on, hop off bus - the cost was much more reasonable than that of a standard room. Although it is not city centre, there is a free shuttle that takes you to and from Wafi Centre, which meets up with the hop on, hop off bus that takes you everywhere you wish to go in the city. The pillows could have been fluffier. |

There were nice amenities, and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were polite and helpful. Transport around Dubai was a necessary feature. It was too cold. The air conditioning made all the rooms and corridors very uncomfortable. This is also environmentally irresponsible! |

Courteous and helpful staff - quiet room - good lift - adequate pool - efficent breakfast - good receptionists - acceptable atmosphere. Barely adequate air conditioning in room - 'hotel taxis' were more expensive than 'city taxis', |

The staff could do with learning a bit more about customer service, i went to use the business suite and the lady in charge told me i had to wait until she'd finished using the internet before i could have a go. Check in took forever,there was never a sense of urgency and there were only 2 pieces of gym equipment working, none of which were fixed during my stay. The pool appeared to be constantly shaded, with only 1 small square getting the sunlight which was fought over by guests. Also it's in the middle of a building site, you could hear building going on. |

Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Very pleasant atmosphere, good location and loved having the tour guide desk available. We ate at the hotel restaurants twice during our stay and both times they were out of what we originally ordered. |

I have always enjoyed my stays at this hotel but this time the internet would not work even though it charged me however on explination to the desk staff at 5 am I was not charged but i do think this was because of my long standing with the hotel |

Very easy access to many places of interest in Dubai. Free transport to some places. Delicious food. Room service/cleaning staff very polite and approachable at all times. Cleaning excellent. 24 hour deli was also very handy. Great bar inside and by the pool with bar staff very polite as well. Internet was very expensive. Considering many business people and international tourists stay there it should be cheaper. Sometimes it was a bit too noisy outside. Depends of course which side the room is on. The drivers were sometimes very loud outside early mornings, talking. Also the truck coming every day to collect waste was very loud and smelly. Swimming pool should be open longer at least till 11pm. Bar during weekend should also be open longer. Service for the bar by the pool was not so good. Had to go inside to order myself. But its not the bar staff fault. They were very hard workers. Need another person to serve tables outside during busy periods, especially considering food was expensive. |

1-location is very complicated better to give all clients updated short cut map to make drive easely to and from the hotel 2- the design of grouping the rooms similar to the hospital , need new arrangment if possible 3- the standard room not at all satisfy any guist requirement . |

Good location, efficient friendly staff, good rooms, clean comfortable hotel and good value for money. Good hotel cars but drivers assume you are a tourist and try to take scenic routes. |

It was overall a nice stay at this Hotel. Breakfast was also vry satisfactory. however a little over priced as compared to some other Hotels in the 3 star catagory in Dubai. The Shower!! |
