Convenience and helpful staff.

1. Excessive smoke in the bar. I no smoking section would be nice. 2. Unable to extend my reservation at the online booking rate at the front desk. I had to go back to the internet to make the reservation.

Good free shuttle service to the beach, shopping malls and airport. Very clean rooms and in a quiet area. Excellent value for money.

Good Hotel ,excellent location. Very conveient via car, staying as couple so wanted to avoid shady places. And everything here was nice, no wierd people in the lifts. Mostly harmless tourists on transit thru emirites airlines. Big car parking, the hotel is in the middle of a beautiful park.

The Oasis bar downstairs has a good 40% discount on every drink during happy hours of the week. Rooms are spacious and quite luxurious. The backyard pool is good place to unwind with a bear.

Hated the Swimmig Pool chlorine level, it was tasting like sweat and burning the eye beyond normal levels and this overall killed the food reputation the hotel displayed In the beginning. Serious pool maintenance required.

We stayed at this hotel when transiting through Dubai from a late afternoon flight from Europe, and leaving on a 6am flight to Lebanon a day later. The close location to the airport and shuttle bus (going every half hour) is ideal for this. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The shuttle to Wafi mall is good, although it leaves at very limited times. For the price, it's a comfortable 2-3 star hotel.

The male staff on the reception desk are casual, inattentive, and reluctant to serve women. We had a late breakfast at Wafi which is a better deal than the hotel breakfast.

Ideal location and in close proximity to family. Discount vouchers provided for nearby restaurants, which was a benefit. Water provided in rooms daily. Had problem with tv, which we reported, and staff phoned next day to see if it had been fixed. Friendly and attentive staff.

Hot water came out of both hot and cold taps in basin.

Everything was easy! We drove there from Oman and it was easy to find the hotel and nearby shopping centres etc; and there was ample free parking on site. The room was clean and equipped with everything that we needed. We got a 30% of voucher to spend at Wafi City restaurants which we used in the evening. Staff were friendly and everything was as we expected.

There was a loud banging noise coming from the ceiling every so often which I think was the ac or boiler which they need to look at.

I had a good stay there as the room was very clean. My problem was food which was not very good, but on the whole managable. Room service was very prompt. Outside the hotel it was easy to get taxi and there were lot many shuttles, so it was good that way.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel is located close to airport, exibition centres.

The cordial atmospherse and quiet location.
