The staff at the hotel are very helpful and will do the best they can for you. It is not what you would class as a resort hotel but that's the reason I stay there you have all the services without the hassle that you can have in some Dubai hotels. Also there is a free bus service (5 minutes)that takes you to the local (excellent) mall with an large choice of very good resturants and shopping. |

The hotel was quiet and relaxing and very clean, easy access to city and airport Internet was expensive and slow, food at the restaurant and coffee shop was expensive and not a great variety, there is nothing within walking distance - literally though there is a new train station being built and the hotel will take you to WAFI shopping centre |

I enjoyed the location... quiet and peaceful yet still central. Very difficult to find. A suggestion... please put the satellite navigation coordinates on your website. First-time users would find this helpful. |

The staff, especially the receptionist was very helpful. Service was prompt. Location was close to the city but away from the traffic. Regular bus service to the mall and taxis waiting below the hotel were very convenient. |

Restaurant and deli facility were well appointed with friendly staff. Newspapers and reading material in lounge very convenient. My partner was badly bruised while sunbathing in the pool area. We reported this to the lady manager at the time. While we were advised by the pool attendant that the umbrella should be folded in breezy conditions there was no indication that the whole spike and shade would fly in the area and come crashing down on my partner's leg. |

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, tastefully decorated and clean. For Dubai it's reasonably priced, although it's not for those on a tight budget. |

It was very close to the city but yet set back in a non crowded are so ease of parking and driving. A little hard to find. Access roads to the hotel are not that easy to find. |
