The rooms were very dirty. Mould in the bathroom!

Courteous and helpful staff - quiet room - good lift - adequate pool - efficent breakfast - good receptionists - acceptable atmosphere.

Barely adequate air conditioning in room - 'hotel taxis' were more expensive than 'city taxis',

The staff could do with learning a bit more about customer service, i went to use the business suite and the lady in charge told me i had to wait until she'd finished using the internet before i could have a go. Check in took forever,there was never a sense of urgency and there were only 2 pieces of gym equipment working, none of which were fixed during my stay. The pool appeared to be constantly shaded, with only 1 small square getting the sunlight which was fought over by guests. Also it's in the middle of a building site, you could hear building going on.

The Staff were very attentive and responsive to all requests the rooms were very clean and the food was of good quality.

Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Very pleasant atmosphere, good location and loved having the tour guide desk available.

We ate at the hotel restaurants twice during our stay and both times they were out of what we originally ordered.

I have always enjoyed my stays at this hotel but this time the internet would not work even though it charged me however on explination to the desk staff at 5 am I was not charged but i do think this was because of my long standing with the hotel

Very easy access to many places of interest in Dubai. Free transport to some places. Delicious food. Room service/cleaning staff very polite and approachable at all times. Cleaning excellent. 24 hour deli was also very handy. Great bar inside and by the pool with bar staff very polite as well.

Internet was very expensive. Considering many business people and international tourists stay there it should be cheaper. Sometimes it was a bit too noisy outside. Depends of course which side the room is on. The drivers were sometimes very loud outside early mornings, talking. Also the truck coming every day to collect waste was very loud and smelly. Swimming pool should be open longer at least till 11pm. Bar during weekend should also be open longer. Service for the bar by the pool was not so good. Had to go inside to order myself. But its not the bar staff fault. They were very hard workers. Need another person to serve tables outside during busy periods, especially considering food was expensive.

Good location, efficient friendly staff, good rooms, clean comfortable hotel and good value for money.

Good hotel cars but drivers assume you are a tourist and try to take scenic routes.

Everything. People at this hotel is wonderful. Rooms are like "suites". Everything is very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and they are prompt to help or do anything to make you feel like at home. I do recomend this hotel
