The inclusion of a plunge pool in the suite

i liked the hotel style,and design and staff were excellnt.

yes the hotel is too far from main attrection for tourist' it should have a airport shutel and a daily small bus to drop your guest at various areas of interst location for a small fee equivelent to bus fair. i was stuck i had to hier a car and i wasted my few days driving in circal and geeting lost and didnt' get to see the things i wanted . oh yes food at your hotel restarone was bad ,it was a fast food quality.sorry

It was so near the start of the Marathon in which we were running and we had a great view of the runners.

There was a lot of traffic noise which woke me in the night.

Fantastic service, very big rooms with a nice design, very near to shops and the principal places to see. Amazing place!!!

very good for a visit with children- good sized apartments - clean, comfortable and modern- very pleasant staff and so accomodating! gave us an upgrade from a classic 2 bedroom to a deluxe 2 bedroom which had superb views of the Dubai palms from every room. Even threw in breakfast - gave us a cake as it was our Anniversary - my son insists that we will only stay here when we visit Dubai next!

Yes, I have made a reservation for a 2-bedroom deluxe room, later I canceled it, and in the same day I made another reservation for 3- bedroom classic room, when I arrived to the hotel reception, I was shocked, they said to me that booking.com has cancelled the 3-bedroom res. And kept for me the old/cancelled by me 2-bedroom ! , and I have to wait another 2 hours to prepare the room , although I have arrived @ 7 pm ! , later in late night they show me a bad room to take, but I refused and wanted to leave the hotel, and asked for the manager , he was the only one to understand and help, when he offered me my another type of room 2-bedroom premium to compensate their fault and late in service, what I need to know, who did the problem ?

The hotel building and furniture is new and very good, also the rooms was cleaned very well and hotel location is nice can be reached easily

* My staying was during Eid time...I asked for baby coat and i didnt get it( although this request was sent to hotel 5 days in advance of the staying)..*They did not provide me extra blanket...* one of my kids had finger cut, it took from staff 45 min to provide finger plaster( waaaw what a nice reaction, it was emergency for me)...* There was no slepper in the room, and they said impossible to provide because they are fully booked...Finally after all that duty manager give me 500 AED back..but sometimes money cant make u happy bcz at that time i was looking for service not saving money...at the end, plz dont try this hotel in the holidays time and even in weekend

The staff were very friendly, competant and helpful. Two bedroom delux suite was excellently furnished, clean and very spacious. Great location with lovely view to the sea. Superb value for money. Would happily return.
