Kids facilities are good and safe to leave them enjoying without parents worries

Workers were working in the gardens so guests cannot stay there. Prefer a better time for this work and not during the day

Greenery inside of hotel.

They bill themselves as 5 star yet we never felt this- staff was not friendly to greet guests, or attempt to offer info/ problem solve, our room key never worked & we had to be let in ea time. Finally after falling asleep they called waking us up to ask if we wanted to change rooms. We checked out the next day.

i wanted to cancil one room they made it too much difficult but at the end ,it is done.

This hotel does not have even a single sign with its name on it. I had to ask at least 10 people in order to get there. This is ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous. Booking.com should send a staff to verify that the hotel it has on its web site is easy to find by the customers.

Wonderful sports facilities. Very comfortable room. Welcome fruit bowl.

Why there is a dress code to access the buffet next to gym i just went there with gym outfit thought to eat n go direct to gym they said must change

They have a bowling alley, Shooting range, Olympic pool, sauna, gym, 3 restaurants, 2 Jiu Jitsu mats and training areas, Squash ball courts, tennis courts, Helicopter pad, and can arrange any type of transport you could ever need for 1 - 45 people. A unique place.

The hotel is huge, Its about a 1.5km walk from the room to the buffet !

The hotel facility and environment is great. It has all the home features and kids love it.

The front desk staff are extremely unprofessional and don't any logic in assigning multiple rooms. It's like the whole hotel policy is around making your checking in a chemistry equation. All the guests I met had to speak to the manager to sort out the issue as I had to.

Club rooms has more prevliges than suites !!! Like brakefast, airport transfer, acccess to the loungh.. When I call the reception to have them they charge me double, but I refused. When I hired a car and pay for the brakefast it was much less

This accommodation was the perfect location for my business trip, very quiet, great rooms and good value for money. I would use this hotel again.

The wifi does not reach all of the rooms, but the staff were extremely helpful and moved me within 10mins of arriving. If you need wifi, mention it when booking and I am sure there will be no issue.

The Quantity of the Food was very large & the room was quite comfy itself!

Greenery inside the hotel around the walkway makes you feel that you are staying in the mid of nature. It was quite, relaxing atmosphere. Room service was fast in response. Hotel staff was friendly and kind.

Our confirmation through booking.com was not accepted during check-in. We were offered twice higher prices, but after our refusal they accepted initial price. Check-in took 40 minutes.

I "HAD" to stay there for more than 10 days, the service is great!! Food is great!!

But if you are a person like me!! Who likes privacy and quiet place you will hate it. Kids screaming all day and night running between the rooms, that I had to call the reception few times to shut the kids up. Also there are lots of ceremonies outside the rooms, weddings!! Laud local dancing and music!! Graduation parties!! More than 5 nights I couldn't fall asleep during to the laud noise!! Oh, and the room service the never replenish the coffee and tea unless you call them and ask them to, which is totally not professional for such a high reputation place!! Will I book there again!! Sorry, no, I prefer quiet place..

It's a huge hotel with a lot of sport facilities, suitable for who is looking to spend his time in gym, swimming, shooting and more. A nice place for families with kids, as they have a nice playground and specially designed swimming pool for them. One night is not enough to enjoy the stay.I Like this hotel so much and I will go there again.

Although the hotel is amazing but it needs more effort to be a 5 stars hotel, as the rooms are basic and the bathrooms are very small without any luxurious touches. Food is some what expensive, but the quality is excellent. Not suitable for old peoples or disabled as the hotel is so huge and need a lot of walk to reach your room, restaurants or sport facilities. Far from the city center and from shops. Nothing bad, it is only a tips for the travelers.

When they change the shampo they will change it to lower class No breakfast when you book through Booking.com

The 50metre Olympic swimming pool is awesome and the gym is well equipped too. The Taverna serves good mexican food.

It is a bit lacking in atmosphere and is a long way from the city centre. The hotel feels slightly dated now.
