The room is specious & comfortable, the service is excellent, the staff are friendly, the free WiFi facility is really fast & helpful, and the breakfast is well-arranged with more variety of food.

The shortage of staff in reception and concierge which creates delay in providing the service to guests.

They took from me 1200 aed instead of 1000 aed for 4 nights.

Good location and free internet.

The room had a very bad smell coming from the toilet and the AC helped spread the smell into the room. The hotel could not fix it and did not offer to change the room.

There was no internet ??? It is one of the reasons that i choose the hotel for, and thats why I paid all that money. the first 2 days they said because of the weather but till the end of my stay it didn't work in my room!!!! The staff is not very friendly.

staff are too busy. room is not clean that much and for sure looks like 2 or maximum 3 star hotel.

When I saw the hotel I could not believe that it is a 4-star because the treatment of each of the hotel is the beginning of the reception and ending with room service all is respected and towels Box swear it used before in polishing shoes and breakfast hotel Suitable for beggars - during breakfast asked the Filipino workersthat cleans the table, which sit on with my family, and I was surprised to respond backward and are free from respect that I should wait a little bit and on the same day you are going to the airport to connect my family and asked the worker reception to send one to fetch my luggage because I late on the date of the plane so she sent someoneto examine the contents of the mini bar on the flag because I did not have finished the days of my stay - I really do not know how this was rated a 4-star hotel

Very clean. Food delicious. Staff very friendly esp. Mr. Haytham Khairy and the lady in reception who checked us in and out. Hotel has technology all around. Wish it was near a beach. الفندق ممتاز و للأخوة العرب يوجد هوز للمياه بالحمام عكس الكثير من الفنادق هذه الأيام. فندق عائلي ممتاز

Small TV screen and far away from bed so can hardly be seen. شاشة التلفاز صغيرة جدا و بعيدة جدا عن السرير فبالكاد تشوف الشاشة.

The hotel location was very good for my business

I don't like the service, it was very bad and not take any action for the complaint

late in cleaning the room they don't come before ask to do so maybe twice!!!!!!!!!!!

Needs a bit of TLC (noisy Air Con, no plug for bath, but not a problem as have shower. Crowded breakfast dinner.

Hotel was quiet and good for families. Staff were friendly, Nice sea view although the hotel is a bit far from the beach. Breakfast was good.

Although staff were friendly, they didn't provide service professionally. I came at 2:20pm to check in, they politely apologised that the room was not ready yet and asked me to wait for a while. I left and came back at about 6pm to check in, they offered me a different room type. I kept waiting again at the reception while they're trying to find me the same room type I'd booked. The carpet and furniture were kind of worn out. WiFi was extremely horrible.

- very poor breakfast - gym is not so good - no jaquzzi - not good location for breakfast it is in the lobby

The location is close to Alqasbaa for a nice walk and dinner Close to Expo (5 mins by taxi) The executive room has a fabulous view overlooking the mazmar lagoon Free Wi Fi

there was a leak from the roof the GYM opens late for men Housekeeping and room service leave at 8 pm!!!
