Cleaner vacuumed one room at 12am!!! The neighbor a/c was very very noisy and the staff did not do anything although we complained 3 times about this noise. Restaurant staff spoke very poor english

every thing was excellent, specially the man at the front disk ( abdull Samee Al Bulushi).

Room serevice need to be trained

The rooms were huge.....2 bedroom apartment and was great. Well set out and large rooms with all great facilities. Large pool out the back, that if you have downstairs room you have access to out your apartment. The pool is also heated. Fabulous place and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

No info pack in rooms which would be a nice touch.

I really think it is a good choice for a family to spend some days in Al Ain. Budget friendly. Staff were very good and friendly. Kitchen equipped and clean .

It is a little bit far from most tourist places. More than 30 min of driving to Jabal Hafeet.

The rooms are ok to stay with a family. The pool is small but clean.

We didn't like the breakfast. It was dry and not much choice. At 5.30 in the morning you will here the first pray under your window. The lifeguard at the pool was really not friendly to the children.

good apartment, not resort. The fastest check-in ever. wireless internet was fine. private shaded parking. old traditional building mosque is very close. supermarket & small mall cross the street. AC control unit in each room. truly fully equipped kitchen. waching machine & iron in a private place.

apartment smells bad. I requested an addintional bed, but got only a mattress which i put on the ground ! no pool-bar. kids are jumping into the pool with their underware. Hotel was out of any additional blankets or pillows. been asked to pay for my breakfast delivered to the room in cash right away. gym was very small. no private in-room bathroom, they were both out of the rooms. This is just a two bedroom apartment, not really a resort.

Very dirty. Floor was dirty. Children's feet were completely black after running around on the rugs for 30min. Kitchen - saw a cockroach and killed it
