Abwicklung Storno!!! Mitreisender wurde kurzzeitig krank(gleicher -Tag)einchecken 1 Stunde nach letzter Stornomöglichkeit (1 Stunde nach Mitternacht),wurde am Counter diese nicht akzeptiert!!! Volle Stornogebühr

Imposantes Hotel, gehobene kategorie. Restaurants sind toll aber auch sehr teuer.

Kein sportliches schwimmen möglich. Es gibt nur Swimming Pools für Kinder. Der Strand war nicht schön gestaltet und nur innerhalb der "künstlichen Palme" somit keine Brandung.

Der Service, die Einrichtungen des Hotels, wie Wasserpark, Poolbereich.

Kein direkter Zugang vom Lift zum Pool, der Zugang erfolgt ueber die reception ShoopingMall wo viele nicht Hotelgaeste das Hotel bestaunen. Nicht genuegend Plaetze zum Einchecken.

The best hotel you can ever visit, nice finishing and good staff

the special lounge allocated to the more expensive rooms. The buffet was excellent both for breakfast and supper. The free chocolates, toiletries and fresh fruit. The room was very large, beds comfortable ...loved the cotton pillows and duvet and the bathrooom spacious and luxurious. Liked the fish aquarium and exhibits.

very few channels on the television that were films or general entertainment for English speaking people. restaurants went from reasonable price to very very expensive...no middle range. Traffic in main lobby offputting.....did feel I was in a theme park. Poor garden area....very packed deckchairs and inconveniently long way to beach.

It was really very nice experience in Atlantis hotel, wonderful views, hotel staff very friendly food was also great Internet was free and very nice massage as a birthday gift was given to me the Lost champers was amazing and also the water park and adventure.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the variety of sea life at the Lost Chambers is fantastic.

At about 3:00am while were sleeping were awakened by a couple in the room next to us having sex very loudly. Our 2-month baby biy was also awakened. My wife called the reception to complain. Someone from reception came up and told this couple to tone it down. As soon as he left the lady in this couple began to make even louder noises and laugh loudly. This story may sound very funny but it was fact annoying as it spoilt our sleep. Another point I wish to make is that when I booked the room I stated that it is our first anniversary. When we reached the hotel, I repeated to the reception desk that it's our anniversary. They promised to provide a cake and other treats but we only received 2 small chocolate boxes!

I loved the waterpark, the staff were most helpful, excellent customer service. Beautiful beaches, very clean, very family orientated.

Atlantis The Palm is one of the most beautiful hotels l stayed in..... You will find everything you need "under one roof". Amazing experience :)

service, childfriendly, imperial club was just great, you don't need to leave the compound: there's so much to do.

it's a very big hotel. brekfast at the kaleidoscope is a mass-event. Luckily you can opt for the imperial club.
