service, childfriendly, imperial club was just great, you don't need to leave the compound: there's so much to do. it's a very big hotel. brekfast at the kaleidoscope is a mass-event. Luckily you can opt for the imperial club. |

the breackfast was excellent and the facillite was good also the aquaveture and the dolphen bay was greet the hotel was croded and the wating q for the breackfast |

This hotel facility is one for young families with children less than 18 years old as they eactivies available there are most suited for them. We being in the senior citizen grade really could not indulge in the facilities except the swimming pool and spa. |

The last hotel we had stayed at in Dubai was the Burg el Arab in August five years ago - compared to that there was little to enthuse about with the Atlantis There was a package deal feel with too many children running around which we did not expect at the room price we paid. |

i liked the water park and the pool side over all keep in mind that the hotel from out is vwery great i didnt like the rooms and the food was very bad it seems to me that i was at a 3 star hotel which made me checkout after my first night |

If you have children and enjoy luxury, this is the hotel to stay at. The staff in the resteraunts wernt very well trained, i was trying to pay for my meal with a credit card 3 times that they did not accept. However the manager did send a bottle of Champange to my room that night. |

The staff were the most friendly and helpful that I have come across in years. The amenities were first class. The Italian Restaurant was one of the worse I have ever been to and the cost per night for the room was on the high side for what was offered. |

The feelings to look at the hotel luxurious design is by itself magnificent. I like to stay at this hotel because it has many facilities to spend quality time. The staff themselves were not trained to proffesionally welcome, guide and prepare for the reception of the customers. For example, one was eating peanuts while showing me the rooms. The price is very expensive. |
