Rooms had good facilities like kitchen and oven with washing machine.

I requested king size bed, but they joint two single beds, my sleeping was not comfortable in Room 111.

Parking

No towels in the room. Not even a pain reliefer to provide us. We order one bottle of water and the brought it from the nearesr supermarket. The bookin was for check out until 14:00 and the wake us on 12 to tell us to leave. I had to go to reception to show them the booking in order to leave at the agreement time.

just requested for A checkout at 1pm cause it was friday and the metro starts only at 1.30pm,,,,,,but the guy in the reception refused,,,and I was in the lobby and saw occupants checking out at 2.15 pm too,,,,,,,rules to be square to all colour and nations.

Very nice hotel. Room does not have WiFi but has a wire internet, there for you need to have a laptop, which is okay with me, but maybe not useful for others.

the staff are so nice, the room is clean and the parking area is good. i got a free upgrade on my room and i love it.

the bathroom & TV need to be more better.

the bed headboard needs to be fix its moving and making noise. curtains needs to be fix it cannot close properly too much light is coming during the day i ask housekeeping extra pillow and he gave pillow without pillow case when i arrive in the room smells not good and i ask air freshner it should be clean properly. when we arrive reception took 30 mins to check us in

one man work in front office name hasham so nice and good but one girl work in morning in front office it is so and very bad and not polite and if i will not go to this hotel again it will be for this bad one .

The hotel doesn't accept American Express card, they have to add this info while booking their hotel. It brought us much inconvenience! We had to change the hotel... The reception staff was not friendly at our check in time but the manager was nice.

location wise...yes,very convenient especially it's near metro station.

we were kept waiting for more than 2hours even after arriving at 14:20 hrs for no apparent reason and we had requested for a kingsize bed,to my surprise it was a twin bed combined together,bathroom was a pool of water and only to find quater of a tisue paper while for mattress was damn hard to sleep on,room was empty with no proper furnished furnitures/etencils.staff are VERY unwelcoming i WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE to this hotel.Auris hotel apartments deira.Abraham.

Quite New building Location

Customer Service or lack of Bad Housekeeping

Excellent location just 2 min walk from Al Rigga Metro station in Deira. Reception very friendly and helpful with requests and room issues. Size of the rooms was huge for the price and all rooms had kitchenettes and washing machines and free wired internet. Hotel is about 2 years old but run very well. Would stay again next time I visit.

My room did not have a washing machine for some reason but was able to change next day to another room. Staff were very accommodating and offered to send my laundry out for free if I wanted. As it is super hot in Dubai most of the time it is nice to be able to wash your clothes if you need to so very useful while staying on business. Housekeeping staff just need to check more if carpets need vacuuming or if all the towels are there or any glasses and cups. I had this issue when I changed rooms but housekeeping fixed and cleaned everything once I contacted them.
