location is great and the rooms are clean and good value for money

There is still a couple of building sites next door. Makes for a bad view.

Friendly staff and close to median and Internet city.

They asked me for the 50 GBP for early check-in while there were plenty empty rooms also the quality of food is low, just very limited options since it is cafe not restaurant, Maybe this is acceptable since rooms got kitchen.

Excellent attitude from staff, in particular Gege. Rooms to a high standard, easy to use, generally a good standard all round

No bar facilities, lift seems excessively slow. Biblical queue for breakfast.

I liked the size of the rooms, the furniture within the rooms, microwave etc are great touches. The Gym and pool are well fitted out.

The pillows are terrible and the linens cheap. The staff at the pool area were not always there and I waited 20 minutes for a towel on one morning. The staff could be friendlier, courteous.

Rooms were OK.

Staff in counter is not friendly. Had to wait more than an hour for checking in.

I liked the friendliness of the reception, especially a young man called Gamal. We were upgraded to a junior suite I believe. I also liked the location very much as it was easy access into Dubai or to Abu Dhabi. I really liked the size of the room very much.

I hated the pool very much because it was way too small. You couldn't event go to the other side except by going back inside the hotel to enter from the other door! But, other than that, all was perfect.

I was shocked when I was told that there would be a 5% charge if I paid by credit card. I had booked 8 rooms for 4 days. Instead of being rewarded for giving them business I was penalised.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Easy and fast access to Jumeirah, Dubai marine, dubai mall and Mall of the Emirates. A metro station just 5 min. walking is an added value to the hotel situation. Enough free parking space, Carrefour supermarket just in front of the hotel. Hotel Personnel are friendly and helfpul. Rooms are clean, cute designed and new furnished. Didn't have a chance to try the hotel facility, but had a quick overlook of the pool and health club, it appeared nice looking and has a complimentary WI FI at the pool.

I booked and requested special checkin and checkout times conformed with hotel reservation department from Nancy.mention on my booking as well.when I arrived the room I booked was not available they put me executive room with same price asim said that's fine for one day.i requested checkin time 12 am checkout time 9pm but I got call at 2pm that I hve to check out by 3pm and gamal told else I will be paying for another night ended up paying 800 aed for 18 hours stay in hotel.After this I was waiting in reception for my laundry clothes and person came to me said I didn't have any clothes for laundry after 15 min another staff member gave me clothes and when I checked they were all wet went back to reception told gamal they are wet said sir I didn't charge for laundry I said I can wait can dry these clothes and smart lady on side Gege said we give clothes to another company u can to laundry it's very close.the worst hotel in Dubai .

The price was cheap comparing to other hotels on the same date. Location is good.
