No floor or table lamps in room. Broken Jacuzzi. Pool still not cleaned and refilled on Wednesday after being drained on Monday from a fierce sandstorm Saturday. No cooker in supposedly "fully equipped" kitchen and only a mini-fridge. Inadequate dishware and flatware. One-half roll of toilet paper and one towel in bathroom upon my arrival. Restaurant did not have a menu to offer me when I wanted to what was on offer. Long walk to any restaurants and stores. Small-sized wardrobe.

The hotel is placed in the heart of Deira near metro station Al Rigga and is a good starting point for a visit to the Creek or the Soukhs. With the metro it's easy to come and go to the airport and other parts of the city. Although the metro is often crowded, it is cheap and much better than by car. The rooms are epuipped with a refrigerator and a microwave.

Breakfast was very simple. Wifi was good in the neighbourhood of the routers but poor in the rooms.

The service was bad, they only expected you to pay cash without any credit card facility present. The rooms stunk with stains on carpets and seats. No remote control for TV and the internet was the worse I have ever used. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone

location just next to the Metro, please notice it is in the Le Regga street and not located as indicated in the map. All the shop just round the corner Apartment so you have fridge, microwave and oven so ideal to family

Old fashion furniture, including the bathroom. WiFi stop working at reception so always need resit but the staff were happy to do this. Breakfast is basic but you don't except to have like in England just Cereals, Juice and may be boiled egg but who care you got appartment

Quite a good place to stay with very easy access to Metro Rail & Bus station i.e less than 100m and that to me is a very big plus point in an expensive city like Dubai. A good supermarket is right next door and a lot of restaurants in the vicinity apart from the hotel's own restaurant, which typically serves persian food. The room size was more than I had imagined and had almost everything from a service apartment perspective, I needed for my stay of 3 nights to be as comfortable as possible. I wanted an iron and table to press my clothes which was provided by the friendly hotel staff. Buffet breakfast is not very lavish but still something which you can enjoy to keep you going for the next couple of hours. The price is very much affordable by Dubai standards, the hotel staff especially the guy at the reception was very friendly & helpful and would definitely consider staying here again if they can improve on some of the inconveniences caused.

No Wifi in the room and that to me was the biggest pain area. Guess there is also some confusion on what they advertised on the booking.com website about Wifi in the room. They should consider providing free Wifi in the rooms. Also, the credit card machine wasn't working and hence had to withdraw cash to pay the bill. Please get it rectified immediately. It would be nice if you can think of offering some international TV channels as currently almost everything available is only in arabic apart from BBC news.

Could be better maintenned! change the carpets in the corridors,they are very old and bad smelling,but the staff are very friendly! Hope next time be better hosted! Good!

in the rooms usually isn't wi-fi.

The location was really good for getting to the metro. Also it was cheap so we didn't spend lots of money on a hotel. Staff were friendly and helped us to get some tickets. They were also pretty good at speaking English.

The bathroom was not big. Also the shower had very low water pressure so it took a long time to shower. The toilets were old too. Also, The kitchen was a bit old as well. We also would have preferred a washing machine but they did not have that.

The best thing about the hotel is that it is very economical and second very near to metro Station just a walk away which actually reducing the travelling cost. Internet is free of cost which also reduce the expense but yes sometimes it is working and sometimes it is not working. Fast foods are all over the place which is an excellent thing because if you eat the food at reasonable prices than it is there. Pakistani and indian resturants are also there. For Pakistanies and Indians it is a kind of cheap and reasonable hotel and infact Safdar and Kashif are at the receptionist which are very helpful for Pakistanies and indians.

Not recommend the Hotel to anyone, very dirty, internet and lie only works because the bad educated staff, summarizing a disaster ......

A good Location

On check in the One staff member was very rude, I felt un welcomed I was forced to pay in advance complete charge and he would not except my Credit Card.. I had to go to find a atm to pay cash.. If I did not do this the full charge plus extra day would be deducted from my card... The next day after making a complaint to the owner things were better, No not believe the pictures on thr web site of this hotel c
